Range getting better all the time

I like the products available particularly the zero waste range but as I buy for one most of the time, I find it difficult to reach the minimum spend limit.

Great customer service

Initially not happy with the collection service due to a missing return label and Hermes not being able to pick up our boxes. However, Marie from Customer Support helped me out promptly and offered a DPD collection providing us with return labels (we don't have a printer). Great service, product and delivery was on time. Would recommend.

Easy to order, reasonable prices on bulk buy refills

Ordered 5 litre bottles of household items - hand soap, body wash etc. Easy to order and delivery/collection of box very straightforward. Looking forward to being able to return 5 litre bottles to them to be reused.

Wide range of products.

Wide range of products and without all the packaging so better for the environment. Ordering is simple and easy and your crate is collected on the day requested. No problems or issues so would definitely recommend.

June Delivery

As always perfect service delivery on time and empties picked up the day after as you said they would be the only downside was the driver that came to pick up the empties was unsure about the pick up and said he couldnt take it as it was locked he didnt understand the box was the pick up and hardly spoke English so was difficult to explain

Great plastic free shop

Had 3 deliveries now. No problems with first 2, 3rd had a spilt fabric conditioner but I emailed customer service & a refund was issued that day for the product. Great company with a growing selection of plastic free items.

Very frustrating that my delivery day…

Very frustrating that my delivery day was changed. I specifically requested delivery for Monday as I am away this weekend. I received notification this morning that it would be delivered today. I requested to change the delivery to Monday through DPD but it was still delivered today, and bc I am not home I now have to collect my box from a shop. I will have to go in a car as well as it will be too big and heavy to carry home. Why give the option to pick a convenient delivery date at all?? Extremely disappointed!

I was disappointed that you changed my…

I was disappointed that you changed my requested delivery date at vert short notice. I chose Monday 6 June as I was away the week before returning on Saturday 4 June. You changed the date to Saturday 4 June despite having previously confirmed 6th as the date. Although you sent me an email to advise as I said I was away with very little internet connection and did not pick up the message until my return. Luckily I was back by the time the courier arrived but there is no point in asking when I wish to receive and then change at the last minute

Great products, even greater service

I had a huge mess-up by DPD with my order but Marie Claire from the customer service team has been absolutely great and helped me fix it. Thanks! Also, I love their products and have been ordering regularly for a long time. Big fan!

Gluten Free Seeds available here!

A great place for teas, grains and nuts as well as a load of other environmentally friendly stuff. The only source I can find of guaranteed Gluten Free seeds in the UK - and, believe me, I have looked.

Efficient delivery and pick up service for delivery containers.
