Disorganized waste of time

My experience with Heally MD was extremely frustrating and disorganized.

I scheduled a free consult for 11:30 AM and rearranged my workday around it because I had to work at 12:00 PM. By 11:55, nobody had completed the consult, and they then agreed to reschedule me for 2:30 PM instead.

At 2:30, Heally finally called, only to tell me they needed to call me back because they weren’t even sure whether they ship to Oregon. After wasting most of my day waiting around and rearranging my schedule twice, I then found out they apparently do not ship to Oregon at all.

This should have been screened before scheduling a consult in the first place. The entire process felt unorganized, poorly coordinated, and inconsiderate of my time.

I ultimately requested that my card information and personal information be removed from their system.

Overall good, couple areas could use improvement

Overall very good. Helpful and friendly staff. The Doctor I spoke with was great. The only areas that could use improvement are the initial process takes a good amount of time. This is partially due to the lab they use (Labcorp). The other downside is they are only reachable via text. There is no phone number that you can call them.
I would, overall, recommend so far.

Changing my earlier bad review

Changing my bad review from earlier. For some reason when my medical marijuana doctor tried to email the physician's statement, it wouldn't come through in Hotmail. I then gave an alternate Gmail address and they sent it again, and it came right through. So heads up about the Hotmail issue. I've sent the renewal application to my state and it's all on track now.

Seems legit so far

Ok. After a false start, it looks like we’re on track. Phone call came in on time. We’ll see if the meds arrive and work!

***BEWARE***

I used this company to get my doctors recommendation for my OMMA card. I suffer from epilepsy and Marijuana is the only thing that stops my seizures. I paid $129 to see a doc and was told they would handle all the rest that i just had to wait for my card in the mail. I paid on 3-10-25 and it is now 4-8-25 leaving me just 2 days to get this straightened out before I lose my $129. They will only text me, said they called but call didn't go through, my caller ID shows no calls. They told me to go on OMMA site and fill it out and pay another $100. I had no idea they were charging me $129 just for the doctors fee. I could have seen another doctor for $50. I am now between a rock and a hard place. I just want my $129 back so I can start this process all over AGAIN. Also they never sent me anything from the doctor until today. So I was not able to even do the paperwork myself without that information. Please just give me a refund so I can get my medicine because I cannot afford to pay out of pocket again.

DON'T waste your money on HEALLY

I had my appointment on time, no problem.
They took my money, no problem,
Got my receipt and certificate.
Now, I'm still trying to get my card. Big problem. No one will answer my email or phone calls. Still can't get my card.
And they used to be very professional courteous. What happened?????

Unhappy

I got my card renewed through them and got messed over . The doctor wrote 2024 on my paper and it's 2025. The state won't take the application so I tried to contact them and can't get a answer from three different numbers and left massages. They are cons. Now I have to take legal action against them. They took money out my account no license

Waste of time and rude support person.

This took a long time to fill out all the information. Maybe something stating Heally doesn’t provide service to Colorado would be very helpful in people not wasting their time and effort and sharing very sensitive information.

Avoid using Heally

Avoid using Heally. I started using them but quickly realized it was negatively affecting my health. I have tried canceling but it has been impossible and I continue to get charged.

Quick and easy

Glad I found Heally! Easily scheduled an appointment for the following day. Doctor was super nice and helpful with all my questions. Great overall experience.

I renewed my card August 3

I renewed my card August 3, 2024 still haven’t received anything except the stupid paper. That means crap Have I tried to get a hold of people. Absolutely did I call the doctor absolutely, did I get any answers? No, did anybody call me? No did anybody email me? No, all of this is a bunch of bullying. This company sucks. I will never use them again. I’ve actually even went to my bank and I’m disputing my transaction because they did not fulfill, my medical documents whatsoever this company is a rip off sucks bullsht people they’re just taking your money for nothing. You could go to another company right from the front door and it’s cheaper. This experience with this company for the last eight years have been great and now they suck they will never get my business again and I’m done with this company. I hope people never use this company again one love my butt

Garbage service

Garbage service. Money is charged in FULL before appointment us even scheduled. Folks, this is not a buisness standard. They are not "checking to see your funds are available." Its a credit card. At most you get that $1 charge that happenes and gets reversed. Which actually happened...then FULL charge. So they lied. Two seperate numbers that dont say heally or indicaMD which was the site I signed up on
Had good reviews but now I am suspecting that thise were bots. Worst thing is that I cannot stop a "pending transaction." Something is really off anout all of this. AVOID

This company is just absolutely awful

This company is just absolutely awful. They will harass you for information that you’ve already submitted, which begs to question where did the originals go? I’m currently having to file charges with my bank in an attempt to get my money back. They allowed my license to expire despite filing two weeks before the expiration date. I tried to get a hold of them all day today and got nothing until I informed them I’m filing fraud charges against my bank with them. I then get a phone call saying it’s the doctors fault I have to wait at least 24 hours for information back from him. You cannot call these people, and the chat feature is a joke. Do not do this to yourself! I now have no way to get my medical marijuana since I was having to have it delivered. I’m just hoping I get my $300 back.
