Waited for two hours for the scheduled call from Dr. Chen. Used the chat feature to reach out several times, which resulted in a bot advising me that the doctor had been delayed by a previous appointment. Asked for a call from a human, which resulted in being told that my feedback would be forwarded to the appropriate supervisor. When I asked for a name I was told Sarae would call me. No one ever called.

The doctor will call and take your money fast as fast. However you'll never get through to get it registered, and actually get a medical card.

I made an appointment for 11:00 am, and at 9:12 am I received the first call from Dave asking for information I had already completed. I told "Dave" I was in a meeting but that didn't seem to matter. after confirming the information was listed twice one application was completed the other was not!! Dave said he would void the incomplete application! at 9:22 am I received another call from Dave stating he had everything but my driver's license photo. I again explained that I was in a meeting! and my appointment is at 11:00! Dave said he needed the photo!!! I canceled my meeting because this was a private matter, and I did not need my coworkers in my personal business. After sending the DL photo Dave called again only to say the credit card information was shown and everything was OK!!!
This time I requested an appointment ASAP it is now 9:23 am. He gave me an appointment for 10:00 am.
I want to be removed from your listing I will not deal with a company with such unprofessional workers.
I do not understand why Dave could not call me at
10:45 for this information that was listed already.

So I was very worried when they ran late for the phone interview. They were supposed to call me, but I texted and informed them about the missed call and they promptly resolved it.

Also they actually reached out to me to make that appointment initially via text, and uploaded my documents for me. Extremely helpful. They walked me through the state registry and all of that. Receiving my card in the mail in a week or so.

Totally unreliable, tried for 2 days to conference call without success, I think they get high at work. Go elsewhere for medical marijuana prescription

Sorry but my experience has been negative, after completing the registration process and provide payment, I waited, and waited online for a doctor, and waited, and waited, notified someone would be with me in 5 minutes, 4 minutes, 3, 2, 1, then it would reset and state, they have stepped away and will be you shortly, and would go though this process over and over, while I was on with support team, who wasn’t able to resolve this blatant lack of care for a new customer...

Easy affordable way to get medical card, yet it is a real doctor who is legit, and asks questions, gives advice and listens. I video conferenced with Dr. Cheryl for the last two years and she really verified that I understood the recommended treatment that suits my condition.

The whole process was quick and painless. I didn't need to sit in a nasty waiting room for 2 hours. I registered online and saw a doctor in minutes. The doc was so nice and I felt really listened to what I was saying. Once the visit was complete, I had the option of printing my rec. right away. I was told that my card (which was included in the cost by the way!) was to arrive in 5-7 business day...but I got it in 3! Overall, super easy and totally convenient! Thanks Heally!

From the sign up to the doctor, what an experience! I never left my house. Saw a doctor quickly and loved the experience!
