Know how to look after customers
Product developed a fault 3 months after purchase. Seeing as their website states a 12 month warranty on all products (unless mentioned otherwise), I raised the issue via email.
They responded the following morning, and without quibbling, arranged a free replacement that arrived the next day. Very pleased I chose to order from this professional company.
