Lee is honestly one of the soundest guys you will meet. He has nothing but good intentions for his customers, and you can genuinely tell how much he cares about each and every one. I asked Lee for help sending a big chocolate order I had completed for one of my clients. I gave him less than a days notice and within 10 minutes not only did I have confirmation, I had the number of the driver completing the job for me and an introduction. There was full transparency throughout the full process and it was so easy. My chocolates were collected at 10am this morning. The delivery driver was early too! And by 4pm I had a photo and a text confirming drop off and the products arrived in perfect condition. All of that within 2 days and deliver on the same day. Honestly can't get better than that. Couldn't recommend Red Rocket anymore, better than any other courier I have used. From Lancashire to Central London in the same day with everything arriving in perfect condition 10/10

Lee was a pleasure to work with, and was really helpful and reassuring. He arranged for gold to be delivered to be sold in London from Gloucestershire on the same day, picking up at 6am to be delivered for 9am, and made sure the correct insurance was in place. The driver was lovely, and shared his location so we could watch his transit.
When the item was delivered, we immediately got confirmation with a signed delivery note and photographs confirming. Would definitely use Red Rocket again.

Excellent service. All of my questions answered. Everything ran smoothly, the driver arrived 15mins early (8:45am) and took the package from Hampshire to the West Midlands within 4 hours and I was sent a an email with a signed form, contact details and photo. I would recommend Red Rocket for transporting any valuables to expensive and uninsurable by other couriers. 11/10
