Warning Stay away from this Company
Warning Stay away from this Company, I was told 8 weeks, I was paying course off but was continually harassed until I pay in full.
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my enrolment in the Diploma in Community Services.
I enrolled in this course and paid $3,200 in good faith. However, after 14 months, I have still not received my qualification nor an acceptable explanation for the delay. This timeframe exceeds what would be considered reasonable for course completion and certification.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, services must be delivered with due care and skill and within a reasonable timeframe. Based on the circumstances, I believe there has been a failure to meet these obligations.
As a result, I am requesting:
Immediate clarification on the status of my qualification, and
A full refund of $3,200, as the service paid for has not been delivered as agreed.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities, including:
ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority)
NSW Fair Trading
I would appreciate a written response within 7 days outlining how you intend to resolve this matter. I have sent serval emails and no reply.

Hi, i have enrolled my self for RPL in diploma of early childhood care and education, based on my experience and skills i provided all the documents that were needed they offered me diploma after long time from christa college I got to know that certificate from christa is not longer valid as they have not met the required ASQA expectations, i contacted them they gave me a different rto called traxion institute i called traxion multiple times but no use, i called get my course for a refund as i have paid 2800$ but they are not picking my call and also no one got back to me, honestly please don't spend your hard earned money on this.

We understand how disappointing it is to face disruptions with your qualification due to regulatory decisions affecting Christa College and Traxion Institute, especially after dedicating your hard-earned money and effort to providing your documents.
We want to gently reassure you that our core policy is designed to protect students when provider disruptions occur. As outlined in our T&C and Refund Policy (Jan 2026).pdf, under the Provider unable to deliver section:
"If Getmycourse or a partnered RTO is no longer able to provide the course/training program under the service agreement, we look for another RTO partner and re-enroll them."
Additionally, our policy states that if an alternative arrangement cannot be secured and a student is deemed ineligible for a qualification through no fault of their own, we work to address it under Australian Consumer Law guidelines.
We want to investigate exactly what happened with your transfer to Traxion Institute and why your calls have not been returned. Because we do not have your full name or student ID from this review, we kindly ask you to send your enrollment details and any correspondence directly to our senior management team at escalations@getmycourse.com.au.
Our escalation team will immediately audit your file, look into the $2,800 payment, and work directly with you to find a fair and proper resolution. We are here to help make this right.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I have never worked with such an inefficient, disorganized, incompetent business before. There is no communication with the students unless you probe them for answers (it takes around 8 emails and 9 phone calls to even get a response) - unless it is to sell you more empty promises of a certificate and recognition. I have been going through the RPL process for nearly TWO years now with nothing to show for it. I have provided ample information, have had to resend my confidential information multiple times because “they did not receive it” which causes me worry as it is sensitive information they continue to misplace, and am constantly reassured that everyone is “sorry” but then no one does anything to resolve the issues at hand. I had my coordinator say to me on the phone that they have avoided calling me because she knows they are in the wrong (I started my RPL in 2024, this phone call happened in 2025, it is 2026 now). This is highly unacceptable and terribly unprofessional. I have reported them to the Business Services of SA. I am still without a Cert 3 or Diploma despite paying thousands and I require this for my profession. GetMyCourse, Christa College, and Traxion Training - we deserve better.
