Responsive and helpful
Excellent response to my initial email queries with regard to sizing of product and even offered as to which courier I would prefer. My choice was given and the package arrived when expected. The product is as I anticipated. Thank you Get On The Water! I will recommend you to others.

A quick phone call provided excellent advice from clearly knowledgeable staff. Paddle arrived extremely quickly in perfect condition and very well packaged.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Shambles
Avoid this company at all costs.
Started off when we made a purchase online to be told a couple of days later it was actually out of stock and they wouldn’t be getting any more stock in and requested us to choose another item.
Chose another item, was told it would be sent out priority - great.. thinking we were getting somewhere.
Package arrives and they have sent someone else’s order!!! We got an apology and were told the labels must have got mixed up. Just absolute negligence. We were then asked to return it, and the customer who received our package has been asked to post ours to us directly!
I’m not sure what kind of circus they are running but this level of service is just unacceptable!
If you are thinking about ordering anything from here I’d highly suggest avoiding and finding somewhere else online that stocks it.
Utterly appalled to say the least.
Katie has been the only good thing to come from GOTW who has been left to deal with this for us.

Thank you for your late-night review - I'm really sorry that your experience with us has not been what you expected. We are a small family business who pride ourselves on our service - which you can see is reflected in our previous reviews.
I'd like to reply to some of the points you have made to give clarity to your order sequence.
We received your order on the 27 August and unfortunately there was an error on our database regarding the availability of your buoyancy vest. This has now been rectified.
We sent an email over to you on the same day to advise of the error and to offer alternatives or a full refund.
We subsequently sent a follow up email on the 29 August to check on your response to the original email.
We then rang on the 30 August to make sure we could get the order fulfilled. We discussed the order and an alternative item was chosen.
The new buoyancy vest was sent out to you and our warehouse staff in a rush to catch the post made the mistake of sending you the wrong item.
Knowing that you needed the vest for a holiday we asked for you to exchange the packages direct to the other customer and they likewise, rather than have them returned to us to send out again delay the delivery further.
We do not take these mistakes lightly and we will review this issue with our warehouse staff to ensure it does not happen again.
