The site provides a very easy way to full fill all the requirements for your Privacy Policy, you don't take much time to complete all the questions and you can also review and update the Privacy Policy easely. But the best part is the support team who has helped me to understand all the requirements through out a very, very personal and kind support. I DO RECOMMEND Get Terms lifetime plan, even for some one in a country where the exchange rate is high it was a real great deal!!!

Henry contacted me, they refunded my payment so i can create new privacy pack for ecommerce site. Should be 5 stars if the response time is "within hours" as advertised.

I want to change policy pack from web pack to ecommerce pack and sent contact form for support.

It said that support will reply in a few hours. After waiting for more than 24 hours and still no replies, i deleted web privacy pack i made before. And there is no way to create new privacy even for same website without repay.

Why the system unable to detect which web we created the privacy pack before so we can create same privacy for same website.

I searched the internet for a long time trying to find a website policy generator that at the right price point covered all the aspects of privacy, cookie and terms of service policy generation. GetTerms was really easy to use! All I had to do was answer some questions that the website prompted me to. It was mostly checkboxes that applied to my nonprofit organization and once I finished answering all the questions everything was generated for me automatically within seconds.

This was a great experience. Really straightforward way to get an important part of your website done when you're a small startup and don't have loads of money to throw at it!
