The girls at Gianelle are super friendly and helpful. My order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item didn’t fit me but the staff responded to my email fast and we arranged a return. My exchanged item arrived not so long after and I love all 3 of my pieces! Can’t wait to wear them in Ibiza this month xx

Don’t usually do reviews but the experience with this company I couldn’t not leave one! I Absolutely love all items purchased and am so happy with them! I ordered 3 swimsuits/kinis and a couple of cover ups. The quality and fit feel luxurious and the attention to detail in the designs really do stand out! I did have a little issue with a faulty strap and then slight delay in exchange which initially I was worried about but I popped them another email and they exchanged it for me next day delivery and added in a couple of items to apologise! Really happy with the customer service and Gianelle going the extra mile. Would definitely purchase more in the future and can’t wait to wear them all on my holibops, so thankyou 🫶🏽 Kiki x

There was some issues with my package because of royal mail but Gianelle was absolutely amazing on the communication and acted very fast and they resend my parcel again so it will be on time for my holiday.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing! I chose standard delivery and not only have i received an email to say my order was shipped the very next day, I had made a mistake and added the same bikini top twice to my order instead of adding the matching binini bottoms and not noticed! Thank goodness one of the lovely team members text me to double check incase I had made a mistake (because who orders two of the same top and no bottoms 😂). My order was rectified by the company and they saved me the whole process of returning etc, amazing!💕

I ordered some bikinis from this brand for my holiday and was a little worried on the fit as I always struggle to find swimwear that fits nicely and feels comfortable. After messaging the brand they where so helpful in advising me on the best sizes to get and made sure all my questions where answered. I struggled to decide which set to purchase as they are all stunning! But I went with the Honolulu top and Bali bottoms in mocha, and they did not disappoint! Fit is true to size, so flattering and I feel so confident wearing it. I also shipped to Dubai and delivery cost was very reasonable. My new favourite swimwear store and I can’t wait for my next purchase!

Wow! I ordered the bubblegum swimsuit and 2 skirts, I always find it so so hard to find a good fitting swimsuit in the length, the coverage on the bum, legs r usually to high. But WOW 🤩 I am in love with everything about this swimsuit! 10/10! I will defiantly be ordering more colours! Xx

I recently ordered the Zuri swimsuit from Gianelle and I’m SO impressed. The quality, fit and style is absolutely perfect. I’m always hesitant buying swimwear from different places because I struggle with sizing as I’m bigger on the bottom and small on top but this swimsuit has exceeded my expectations and more. Super fast delivery too! I’ve had so many compliments on it on holiday and told all the girls where it’s from. 100000% would recommend their swimsuits to anyone and will be back for more!! Xx

I’ve just ordered the Malibu Towelling Top and Bottom’s and its absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality fabric and so soft. My daughter recommended the brand to me and I was a bit apprehensive as I’ve never ordered via an Instagram site before. The service was fabulous and the bikini arrived in no time at all.
