My order was damaged and I was only told when I enquired about delivery some 10 days later.
They offered to resend but what is the point when the occasion had passed.
Unlikely to use again.

As we do not deliver out parcels ourselves but with a courier company if anything like a parcel being damaged this has to be brought to our attention for us to then contact our customer. As soon as StarTrack had contacted us about the damaging of your order we contacted you straight away to apologise and ask how you would like to proceed, whether it be a refund or a resend - as many of our customers do prefer a resend. We completely understand that this information came to you even after your requested delivery date however it was the first time this was brought to our teams attention as well. We do sincerely apologise for the way your order was handled on StarTrack's behalf and how there was no information brought to either us or yourself until your occasion had passed.
