I was disappointed the basket was not delivered on the date specified as I specifically asked to be called if no one was home, I did not get a phone call nor was a note left in the mailbox indicating the basket could be picked up at the nearest post office.

Hi Andrew! Our sincere apologies in regards to the delivery issues your order experienced. Due to the current uncertainty in the postal system it is very hard for us, like it is for many other companies to predict and guarantee delivery dates as postal backlogs and delay times are changing daily. This is something we try our very best to advise our customers of by placing a compulsory acknowledgment at the checkout before an order can be made - stating that our delivery date calendar function is to only be used as a guide. In regards to the driver not calling upon delivery attempt unfortunately this i not something drivers always have the ability of as they are not given company phones to use. They use they tracking link system to keep everyone informed and aware of the delivery status that is emailed to our customers upon dispatch. We do sincerely apologise on behalf of Star Track that this caused an extra delay in delivery, however we hope your recipient was still able to enjoy the basket you ordered for them!

The baskets arrived promptly, they were well wrapped and arrived without damages. The gifts were a perfect thank you and happy birthday present for my best friend. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a special gift for someone special.

Excellent value, service and exceptional delivery time.
I am thrilled by the service and extremely fast delivery of my order through gift basket.com.au, I ordered my gift by 3pm for delivery the following day and it arrived by 2pm on the day requested. The service was excellent as the delivery was to a small town further out for delivery and the gift arrived well wrapped, as ordered and the price was great value. Thank you.
