Ordered a Christmas present in November that was due for delivery on the 13th Dec. It never arrived and the tracking says is was sent internationally, i.e. away from Ireland!! - what the hell?? I really wish I had read the reviews here. I have emailed multiple times and had no response... they respond to the bad reviews here asking people to email them, which makes no sense when they are not responding. No present and no refund, so disappointing especially this time of year.

I have ordered men’s engraved bracelet for Christmas present. Great quality of product, delivery before estimated time to Ireland. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered from this website and got a delivery date of December 13th. I had not recieved a dispatch email or any other updates. I have contacted them and no updates so i originally left a 1 star review, worried it was a scam. However, it has since arrived and its beautiful.

One big change that would create a 5 star review is better communication and shipment tracking.

Order was meant to be delivered 29th November, placed on the 15th. I have emailed multiple times and no answer from them. This is a Christmas present for my Dad. I’m fuming if this doesn’t arrive before Christmas as this was the first order I placed for Christmas presents and has been the last to be delivered. Honestly ridiculous carry on from them. Still no word from them or order received a month after.

I love shopping at the giftfactory. I always find something unique for the person i am getting a gift for to suit their personality.

I recently purchased a personalised leather laptop bag as a surprise birthday present for my baby's daddy.

Great quality material and beautifully crafted name on the leather.

The gift arrived in a lovely box and on time as stated.

Overall 5 🌟 rating.

ordeered goods,no confirmation no phone number,searched internet found parent co.,lovely girl called Laura investigated, returned call as promised. Confirmed order had been despatched and refunded my payment which I tried to refuse but she insisted. I find being able to talk to somebody usually resolves the situation but then I would as I am 88

I liked that I could look at the bracelet from different angles, very quick response back about my order and delivery was very quick also, really happy with what I bought for my husband...

Quite disappointed with quality of items: pillowcase and wall hanging. Delivered earlier than indicated which was positive.

Ordering was easy.
Products delivered were as described.
Delivery time was as estimated at time of purchase.
Overall very satisfactory experience.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered something last month!! Ordered a watch for my son for Christmas on the 9th November, got an email back to say it was ordered and the estimated delivery date was the 22nd November. No sign of the watch, no correspondence since. Have emailed their contact details numerous times, no reply! Absolute scam. How do I report the website? Thank you.

Absolutely top class website and service, I'm delighted with my purchase and the prompt delivery, I was more than happy to receive my item and it was exactly what i was hoping it would be, I would definitely recommend this company to other would be customers, thank you very much Giftactory.

Never again still haven't received my order looks like I'm not getting it scammers don't go near them

Ordered at Christmas and order was due by 3rd January. Not responding and no delivery!! Absolute scammers?! Like other reviewer says, it states processing but fact they don’t respond makes me assume I’ll never get it 😡

Ordered a Christmas present almost a month ago, still not delivered. Order still ‘processing’ they are not responding to any of my emails.

Order not delivered when the company said it would be and have ignored all follow up emails seeking an update in respect of same.

Very disappointed, I placed the order in July so as not to run the risk of delaying the order, I should have already received my order to give it as a gift to friends this weekend. They are going to be away of country next week for 3 months and I need to give it before the trip. I already sent two emails and I didn't get any response, they just ignore you. Waste of time and money, that's not cheap at all...........
