The ordering process was good
The ordering process was good. The end product was not 100% perfect for such a pricey coffee cup. The design on one side is noticeably off-center.

The cup is as advertised. It's for a left-handed person if you want to see the picture when you're using the cup. I wish the design of the woman had more clothing options. It really doesn't look like me!

We have checked your order information and it takes 5 days for you to receive the item (ordered on October 28th, and we delivered you on November 02nd.) You should never use DHL for shipping.
