Fast shipping and quality service!

I got my item - mybook live from WD within 3-4 days that too with free shipping. Their customer service was also very responsive to my enquiries. And their rates are very competitive even compared to local retail. Overall, it was a good experience and looking forward to buying more stuff from them.

Great Company! Successful Purchase

I had my doubts initially when purchasing from them, due to the process of supplying the credit card number and utility statement however after the verification process which took about 2-3 days. The item was finally shipped and I received it in very good condition, it was well packaged and arrived ONLY 2 days after dispatch. The only thing I could think to improve is the verification time of the documents and if possible remove the need of verifying the documents as it should be already covered by paypal. Other than that I must say, it was a great experience shopping on their site. It would be helpful to check their stock availability first prior to ordering as there were previous reviews which stated inaccurate stock depiction. However I had no issues there with my purchase.

Good service, quick and reliable.

Ordered a philips portable radio - it arrived withing 6 business days, which was fine. Well packaged and in excellent condition. Exactly what I expected. The price was good. Would recommend.

Nice service

Reviewed some bad comments about Gimmedigi and lots of them complaint that their customer service was bad and did not receive the goods. To be honest, it was a concern when I want buy something with them. So I designed to buy a lower value product with them as a trial first. In fact, I was well noted with my order status so I could keep tracking my order and received them within one week, a satisfied time frame. I would buy something else with Gimmedigi again.

Great shopping experience

I ordered Shure SE215 headphones few days ago and received it today! Wonder how far their service is! It is the cheapest price that I found. The parcel came with good condition and the headphones in well packing. It is the first time to do business with Gimmedigi and it is a very good experience.

Do Me a favour and don't buy from them

I bought a new JBL wireless iPod dock from Gimidigi. There was a significant saving to be made over other UK retailers if I purchased from them, so I did. After being issued a bill from UK Customs for import duties, it actually worked out more expensive - but that's my fault. What I received was a B-stock unit which had all the packaging opened for adapters and cables. Furthermore, the unit has a fault with an intermittant speaker. Sending it back to Hong Kong for replacement was the final straw. I didn't bother but I urge you not to bother ordering from these cowboys unless you live in HK. I only wish I could give them zero stars.

So I checked when the Nuforce audio converter is in stock or not and purchase. Actually, their response is acceptable. I got the reply after 1 day. I designed to try once. If not a Scam, Exceedingly Poor

Ordered a ASUS tablet over two weeks ago. Money is always deducted from your account immediately. After numerous emails, apparently still not been shipped, despite being told the item is in stock.

No dates as to when the item could be sent, and no information as to why it hasn't been sent, just that it was being 'processed'. Am in the process of attempting to recover my money, however I am not hopeful.

Customer service is exceedingly bad, with responses to queries taking up to a week, and never answering the original question asked of them. If this company is not a scam (seems to be MANY people never receiving their products, or refunds) they will be out of business very soon.

You have been warned, do not trust and do not buy from.

not as bad as others say

i bought a D3100 kit from gimmedigi last month because i found their price was pretty good.
after a paid i found there arr many negative feedback for this company. so i send them email for confirmation of the transaction but no reply for the first 3days
however i got their reply in the other day and said my transaction is being process
finally i receive my camera in good condition. it took me about12days. a little bit late but acceptable

Defective headphones

I bought an Audio-Technica headphones last year and it works fine. However, the right side does not work on early this month. I sent an email to them and asked for warranty. They required me fill in a form first and then ship my headphones to them and they will provide the warranty for me. But I need to pay for the shipping fee.

After 1 week, they told me my headphones is repaired and ready to ship to me again. And I received it on today. It works fine again.

I think the shipping fee should not pay by me but anyway, they helped me to repair it.

Deliver wrong item

This is my second time purchase to gimmedigi as fast delivery at the first time. But this time, they gave me a wrong product! I purchased a Sennheiser OMX 680 but the product in my parcel is Senniser OMX 680i which is a cheaper model. And it's not the one I buy and I want. I tell them about this and they asked me to take a picture as a proof. Finally they knew it's their mistake. And I need to post the OMX 680i to them first an they would deliver a right one to me afterwards. Of course, they need to pay for this shipping fee that they accepted.

A little disappointed but that's fine, I can receive the right one finally.

Searched there are lots of negative comments about this online shop but their price is very attractive. So I asked for more information before my decision and I got their reply within 24 hours and received Ozaki iPad case about 10 days after my purchase.

Crap Company

I ordered a samsung tablet and its been 35 days and no show (they stated 5 to 10 days) also only 1 reply after 5 emails saying sorry and they would give me a free Sanyo enelope mobile booster and upgrade the item to DHL express delivery and keep me up todate on progress as it had not been dispatched after 18 days. 15 days later and 3 more email from me requesting info and still nothing not even an email to say sorry its stuck in shipping or somethink. Do not use this dishonest company you will only be out of pocket and pissed off!!

2 weeks ago I ordered my samsung tablet, it was suppose to be sent in 5 days, but no update. I found a phone number to the company in HK, but the people tell me to Email, but I get no reply. I'm not sure what Email address I should be emailing, but I think "support at gimmedigi.com", but the person's english was very hard to understand if this was correct.

Defected camera and no warranty

I bought two Olympus cameras, which arrived in about two weeks time. The problem is that one is defected with the exposure metering system (photos in auto are too dark, useless), and there is no way of getting true assistance. Only waste of time and frustration.

After 20 days of email exchanges with support, with attached sample photos. I got every sort of request: "make a photo of a white A4 paper", "uso correct ISO settings", "the photo is too dark" (!).

Finally, I decided to film myself shooting in the exterior sunshine with full Auto settings. Then, I sent the movie, one of the (obviously dark) photos shot along with one (much better) photo *with my mobile phone* under the same conditions. Reply: "shooting under sunshine may produce dark photos." (!!!)
This is not support. This is evade the due warranty on a defected product!!

Be aware of the risk before buying!
