Love the smell, love the results!

I love this! Really beautiful product

I was very pleased with the customer service I received! My order came with a thoughtful note and instructions for how to use my item (and a free pouch to keep my item in).

Excellent products and service as always.

I ordered a gua sha stone, and I couldn't be happier. The quality was perfect, and it came with clear instructions for how to use. I'm really happy I ordered through ginger chi, instead of amazon. Will definitely order from here again!

I give Ginger Chi 5 stars. They never disappoint. From quality products to a beautiful presentation. And a fast delivery...I love ordering gifts for my family and friends and delight in their reactions. I just purchased 20 silk masks for a wedding, my son's, and can't wait to see how beautiful they will look.

Very excited to try out the products purchased from GingerChi. Received them yesterday, shipment was packed with care. Thank you.

I love all of the products that I purchased from Gingerchi. They are high-quality and come at a great price. When I made a mistake while checking out, the team was quick to reply to my email and get the issue fixed for me. They were so helpful and warm! I'll definitely buy from them again.

Fast shipping, communicative service, and great product!

Love the products and the thoughtful packaging - great company

Love the product, it’s exactly what I was looking for and is great quality. Came with a little personalized thank you which was so sweet

I love this product ( great quality at a great price)!

Receiving a box from GingerChi feels like the start of a beautiful experience. The quality of their products is top notch. The extra step they take in their packaging matters. Many products come in their own individual drawstring bags, making it easy to store and care for them. The silk items that are already in protective packaging are slipped into pretty bags. I also appreciate the thorough instructions that come with some of their products.

My package arrived safely and very neatly packed.

I've purchased many products from Gingerchi, and i"ve givevn good reviews because they are warranted. But what I've discovered in the last month is the A++ nature of the purifying oil cleanser. I've been using it twice a day, morning and evening, and cleaning my skin with a Clarisonic. And, Oh My, my skin is heavenly in the morning. Smooth, clean, and soft, and it does elicit comments from other women asking me what I use on my skin. I love these comments from others, but I'm really excited that this product does make a difference. I'm also happy Gingerchi is affordable. Truly hope others will give this a try and see if it does the same for them. And know, I don't work for them, I'm a teacher and very careful how I spend my money and want self-care products that "work"! Thank You Gingerchi for being there!

My first order arrived yesterday afternoon on the 17 February 2021 and I immediately started using the products and loved absolutely every items that I purchased! I will be placing another order very soon! Also before I placed my order I had a question and called Ginger Chi and had the pleasure to speak with Anna herself and loved her! I am so happy I found this company!!!
