Both pair discolored in a year.
I bought the bright pink pair of women’s golf shoes. Became not waterproof and the pink color blend into my socks. They were kind enough to replace with the white with light pink MG4+. These shoes got discolored in a year. Color turned a light brown along the cuff and down each side of the laces on both shoes. They would not stand behind this shoe. I will not buy another pair of Gfore. Don’t even last a season. Expensive and have problems with shoe coloring in a year.
No shoes and no response
I bought a pair of shoes 20 days ago. The order is still pending. I have sent two emails to the company but haven't received any response.
Extremely slow shipping
Extremely slow shipping, received the shoes, they were too small, sent them back the next day, 1/31/2026. They received the return but I have not received my refund. It’s now February 18, 2026. Sent email, they said it takes 2 weeks for the refund. They “float” customers money to make money. I will never purchase any of their shoes or other items. This is not a company that values customers and does not respond to their needs. Done! If I return an item to PGA Super Store, they credit my account with in 3 days, so I know it can be done. Btw, the shoes are not comfortable anyway.

A family member bought a pair of the MEN'S GALLIVANTER G/LOCK PEBBLE LEATHER CAMO GOLF SHOE for Christmas. Wore them for the first time 2 weeks later and at the end of my round noticed that I had lost spikes on the bottom of the shoe. Not what I expect for a 150 GBP pair of shoes.
On sending photos to customer support I was fobbed off, told they couldn't help me and that I should just go and buy generic spikes spending even more money.

Fully leaking in under a year and would not replace the shoe. Footjoy does a lifetime warranty on waterproofing. Will be going back to my roots of footjoy. Pathetic

I bought a pair of shoes accidentally sent them to my previous address, so I rung them up to try and get it sent to my current address. They said it was changed and that the shoe would be on its way, instead they cancelled the order and I haven’t got my money back yet.

I won a golf bag at a charity event giving money to charity and the bad has structure faults and because I have no proof of purchase Gfire will not replace it like for like.

Worst golf bag I’ve ever purchased
After numerous reviews of golf bags, I decided to go with the G/fore mid sized staff bag. I have had it less than 2months and no issues until of course it rains. Last week I was caught out when it started raining over the last 4 holes, as normal I put up my umbrella which sits over the bag and keeps most of the water off the bag and clubs. On returning home as usual when the clubs get a bit wet, I empty my clubs out the bag as the grips were a bit damp, what I wasn’t prepared for was every zipped pocket internally was wet, two light weight tops on one side, waterproof trousers in the other, golf ball and glove pocket, gloves soaking, golf ball still in their packs, disintegrating.
Even after leaving the pockets to dry out, these took days to dry. Now having had numerous bags over the years like Ping, Taylor Made, Callaway, I thought I’d splash out and purchase the G/Fore one at just under £500, what a waste of money.
G/fore are happy to take the money but their service quality is shit, no responsibility once you raise a complaint.
Based on everybody’s comments on this site I am not along. I will do my best to spread the delightful quality of their Vessel manufactured bags… to all that wants to listen.
Purchased a pair of GFore golf shoes…
Purchased a pair of GFore golf shoes from my club pro mid May. Laces started coming apart after 4 wears. Showed my club pro who took a picture and contacted the rep. He did not want to know. So I contacted GFORE looking for a set of replacement laces. They fobbed me off as I had not purchased them directly from them. Paid £185 for the shoes and the laces are terrible. After sales is also very very poor.
The least breathable golf shoe I’ve ever had
Ordered the GALLIVAN2R CAMO GOLF SHOE on the 5th April and to say they’re not breathable would be an understatement. I removed the inner sole after the 5th/6th round with them and the bottom of the shoes were wet through and stinking. Customer service told me to dry them right through after each round, like that’s a normal thing to have to do. Won’t be buying again that’s for sure.
No customer service.
The customer service process reflects some areas for improvement. I ordered a pair of shoes and followed the sizing guide, but unfortunately, the shoes were too small. On the same day, I arranged for return shipping through their preferred carrier, hoping for a prompt replacement. However, I was informed that the company waits for an inspection of the returned item before dispatching a replacement, which has resulted in significant delays. This approach is disappointing and does not align with professional customer service standards. If my business operated in this manner, it would not be sustainable.
Irresponsible Customer Service
Placed an order but needed to return. Received a DPD label from GFore and posted it back to them. A few days later I received an email saying they had received the return. However, 2 weeks later and I still haven't received my refund so I contacted them, they said they needed to speak to the warehouse, I thought that's fine, totally understand. They informed me that they hadn't received the return, although I got an email saying they had, on top of that they said I need to contact the courier even though they supplied me with the label. They then continued to ignore me which means I've now had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid like the plague!

I placed an order with G/Fore the night of 5/7/25. I never received an order confirmation email but I received PayPal’s payment confirmation….
So I waited until the morning of 5/8/24 to contact support. Which I did… my order “failed”. I’m very skeptical about this wording. Because of the payment confirmation I received.
I was also told that my money would be returned in a few days.
I asked why the order failed and I was told they can escalate this to the tech people to figure it out.

Shoes wear really badly with cracks kn the surface and 2 pairs have discolored. I raised this with their UK quality team and they refer to a 1 year warranty. The shoes were worn no more than 10 times. I’ve faced the same problem with 2 pairs and they are both facing the same issues. Not worth the money and their customer service is poor at acknowledging a clear flaw in their shoes and they don’t want to know about it.

If I could have chosen zero then I would. Having bought a few of their clothes previously, I decided to buy some of their shoes as I really liked the design and needed a new pair.
I am a right handed player and so my right foot is my back foot which swivels which I say because having worn them once on the range for an hour, the right toe has frayed and lost a chunk of the material.
I raised this with the Gfore 'concierge' and was told there isnt a manufacturing fault and they don't cover wear and tear and so there's nothing they can do. Having spent £165 on a pair of shoes and previously having purchased Footjoys, Nike's, Adidas which have lasted years, they are clearly not fit for purpose and are built using substandard materials despite the premium price and positioning.
The 'computer says no' attitude of their 'concierge' compounded my disappointment in the product and some sensible customer service could have so easily retained my custom but I won't be purchasing anything from them again.
The customer service was so poor and a product that is damaged after one wear whilst doing exactly what they are designed for is beyond disappointing and frustrating.

I purchased a pair of G/FORE G/18 golf shoes, expecting a high-quality product suitable for outdoor use. Unfortunately, after minimal wear 4 rounds), I found water was getting into the shoe—not over the top, but through the seams. When I raised this with their customer service team, I was told that although the materials used are waterproof, the shoes themselves are not actually waterproof.
This distinction is not made clear in their marketing, which I believe is incredibly misleading. For a premium-priced product (£200!) you’d expect transparency and quality. To make matters worse, the response from their customer service was dismissive and offered no real solution.
I also wanted to leave a review via the link they sent me, but it had expired before I even wore the shoes. When I asked for a new link, I was told they had no control over reviews and couldn’t send another—again, completely unhelpful.
Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the product and the service. I won’t be buying from G/FORE again.
