I was a bit hesitant at first but TRX is gentle on the joints, using your own body weight to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Ginny is a great coach, knowledgeable and fun. I’ve found her classes empowering and enjoyable.

I’ve recently started TRX strength training with Ginny and I’m so glad I did.
I’d been looking for something I would genuinely enjoy and stick with, and this is it. TRX was completely new to me, but Ginny makes everything feel approachable and encouraging.
After just three sessions I already feel stronger, my energy has lifted, and I actually look forward to going each week. It complements my yoga perfectly and feels like the missing piece.
Ginny is an incredible instructor - supportive, motivating, and brilliant at building your confidence.
The sessions go so quickly, that’s down to the atmosphere she creates and with a great sense of humour!
Highly recommend Ginny’s classes.

Following a significant back injury I needed to rebuild myself. Ginny was recommended to me by a friend. After listening to the history of my injury and the issues I was having she introduced me to Fitness Pilates…..I started cautiously.
Ginny is an excellent coach and teacher, she gives clear instructions and always offers options for working harder, or alternatively how to work if you are protecting an injury. Ginny is really encouraging, her classes are lively and lots of fun, she always gives feedback on how well you are progressing. I would 100% recommend Ginny to anyone who is looking to increase fitness and strength.
I have recently joined her TRX strong class, which is amazing, I know it will take my fitness to another level!

Ginny (Ginsta) is an absolutely amazing all round great human being. She is completely committed to what she does nd she is fabulous at it. I have taken part in many of Ginny’s classes over the past 6 years or so and have recently started her TRX Strong class, which is incredible. Ginny oozes enthusiasm. She is professional and yet has a great personality (so you can have a wee giggle) which I feel is a must when you are working your bottom off to try and keep fit and healthy. A true gem. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Ginny highly enough! I’ve been training with her since autumn last year and it’s honestly been such a positive experience.
She’s incredibly professional and so knowledgeable, but at the same time she makes every session fun and something I genuinely look forward to.
I’m recovering from breast cancer treatment and surgery, and she has been amazing at helping me rebuild my strength and confidence at the right pace. Thanks to her support and encouragement I feel stronger, healthier and so much more positive about my body again.
She’s a fantastic motivator and a lovely person to train with. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a wonderful PT.

I started PT with Ginny after being diagnosed with a back issue, and honestly wasn’t really wanting anything other than something to help with the discomfort and pain other than drugs or procedures. I thought I had a relatively active job but had got a bit fat due to lifestage, lifestyle and getting into the habit of doing the same old thing to exercise…..oh, and eating and drinking too much!! My first session with Ginny was really interesting. She took a thorough history, listened to my concerns and then basically changed my life without me really realising! We have lots of fun in each session and I never would have thought that I would look forward to a lesson so much. Slowly but definitely she has helped me change my outlook to exercise, my diet, my mindset and now I am fitter, stronger, pretty much pain free and feel like a whole new me. I can’t thank Ginny enough as I think this change will make a huge improvement to me as I get older but also a massive difference to me now. I’d recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who’ll listen!!
Ginnys Total fitness class is amazing! She mixes exercises up, gives clear instructions and alternatives for people with injuries and keeps it fun and dynamic it's really enjoyable and never boring. Open to all ages and capabilities, you work at your own pace, and your fitness level definately improves,
Ginny always changes up the exercises, so you never get bored. She's very knowledgeable and helpful in targeting any problem areas. I've really benefited from the online sessions. They've kept me injury free and motivated. Great to fit into a busy schedule

Ginny has been my PT for 3 years during which time I have improved my cardio and strength greatly. She ensures each session is challenging & motivational by including relevant exercises which keep me strong and flexible and enable me to continue with my sports activities . Each session is a combination of warm up and down , heavy weights and cardio in her exceptionally well equipped gym. Ginny has been key to my progress through my fitness journey and I would recommend her whole heartedly 😀

I have been doing this class for a couple of years and love it. It’s always varied with different amounts of weights and cardio so you never know what to expect and certainly never gets boring. Ginny is super knowledgeable and always challenging my strength and fitness but makes it fun at the same time. Would highly recommend to all abilities! 💪🏻

Always great fun! Ginny is highly motivating & energetic. Exercises are set at differing levels for us to choose, depending on ability or mojo. Sessions vary each week so it’s never ‘the same old again’ like some other classes but fresh each time. A stretching/warm down & relaxation is included each week to look after both our bodies & mental wellbeing. You won’t find a better teacher or a more inclusive class!

I started Personal Training with Ginny several months ago as due to health problems I found I needed one on one support with my training rather than just classes. Ginny has been brilliant at creating routines that are helping me to improve my struggling mobility but also flexible enough to cope with bad days etc. She is also just lovely to work with, so caring, so knowledgeable and an all round delight to know.

I love Ginny's online fitness sessions because she gives clear, easy to follow instructions with regular reminders about important points. It's easy to adjust the level of challenge and with a range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes they can be easily fitted into the amount of time (& energy!) available. Covering mobility, cardio, strength training and stretch & relaxation each week they build into a fantastic resource library in the online hub that can be accessed at any convenient time. So motivating! And Ginny is so cheerful and encouraging (I've been with her for 5 years or more and still enjoy every session I do!) and she works very hard to meet everybody's (and every body's!) needs.

Ginny is an absolute gem! Her instructions are clear, workouts are varied and challenging (without being impossible!) and support is readily available. She explains the benefits of different movements and works hard to tailor classes to individual and group needs. There is a lovely sense of community in the online group.
Ginny shares knowledge and promotes healthy lifestyles without ever being ‘preachy’ - but she is always positive and encouraging. I love doing weights (something I never thought I’d say!), Fitness Pilates and all of the mobility workouts… As a woman in her early forties, these workouts make me feel stronger, more energised and less ‘wound’ - I feel more flexible after classes and LOVE being able to access whatever class I choose, whenever I can fit one in. Ideal!

Ginny’s community fitness classes are fantastic. She’s always fizzing with energy. Even though it’s a group class she watches you to make sure your technique is correct. We always have a laugh & you leave with a smile on your face. I’m getting stronger and need to increase my weights. No two classes are ever the same so there’s no room for boredom.

Over the last couple of years Ginny has been my PT,as a result I have improved my cardio and strength capability considerably.She fully embodies my idea of a perfect PT , her years of experience and passion for living a healthy active life are her USP. She brings 110% every day and takes real pleasure in seeing her clients improve on their fitness journey. She keeps her online fitness hub fresh with different exercises every day. Ginny has seen me through a series of health problems from April 2021 which might have badly altered my future ability to enjoy an active lifestyle but for her care and attention in tailoring my sessions to my physical condition at the time.
She is a joy to have as a P.T. and has established a perfect relationship combining encouragementl, humour, detailed instructions and videos to make all the sessions enjoyable and productive.
Ginny is a huge part of my ability to have a very active and enjoyable life at aged eighty.

I started attending Ginny's class about 2 months ago, and I am loving it! I think she's a great fitness teacher. Her classes challenge the body in a good way but she also encourages us to work at our own pace and only do what feels right. Her online classes offer a variety and the schedule is doable for anyone wanting to improve their fitness levels. I also love that she offers healthy recipes that don't break the bank! I'd encourage anyone to give her classes a try!
