I am the associate producer of our new WWII Christian motion picture project nearing completion and despite the censorship we've been experiencing, the Givesendgo team goes above and beyond to help me with any questions I have and responds very quickly.
The platform is very user friendly and I like it best to send out to our friends and potential audiences.

I created my first crowdfunding campaign to support an international colleague. I chose GiveSendGo because of their fee structure, moral / ethical corporate philosophy, and the opportunity to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ. I appreciate their quick response to my requests for technical assistance.

I originally set up a fundraiser with GoFundMe, but canceled it after GoFundMe withheld funds sent to support a peaceful protest. GiveSendGo is a much more ethical fundraising website. I'm proud to associate my peace movement with them. Kudos to the customer support team who answered my emails promptly. With friendly and helpful advice, Michael and Seth helped me walk through the process when setting up my fundraiser. I couldn't have done it without them!

I have used this site in the past a few times and just recently for giving to recipients. Never had an issue or interacted with them. Never needed to set up an account so I can't reply to that.
I did receive a response from them when I left a donation to them that was very nice, and I liked the Bible verses. I felt the interaction was professional and sincere.

Customer support is truly amazing. Prompt respone with step by step instructions! Love the Bible verse included in reply as well!

I have used givesendgo in the past to make donations easily and with no problems. Now I got one of our nonprofits (Allied Legal Services, Texas family law service) set up to help receive donations also. The process went pretty smooth. They are real quick and friendly about emailing you directions and explanations.
Much appreciated. Also, this givesendgo company gets lied about and harassed because they are Christian owned and support free speech and because they compete with those anti-Christian funding companies funded by larger groups that hate America. We all need to push back on that.

Wonderful folks to work with. The price is right and the site is easy to use. Customer service is amazing.

When we lost text formatting, we expected a quick rush to blame others. Instead, our problem was referred to the technical support. From the very first, all personnel were courteous and knowledgeable and treated us as VIP. They diagnosed then told us to be patient. The next day we were informed it was OK. We are satisfied and plan to use GSG on a bigger project soon.

GiveSendGo has been such a pleasure to work with on two different campaigns I've done with them so far. Whenever I have a question they are extremely quick to respond. They say they will get back to you within 1-2 hours; however, they got back to me with a clear and complete answer to my recent inquiry within 25 minutes. Wow! Their customer service is the BEST!

It is a scam, don’t even know this company but I saw they tried to steal 52,-Eur from my credit card.

The staff is so helpful and generous with their time. They answered all of my questions in a kind and gracious manner. I definitely felt like they wanted to help me achieve my goal. Wonderful experience.
