They allow fundraisers for murderers.

The fact you allow crowd funding for people that commit murder is sad.

While going through a difficult time, the last thing you want to deal with is more difficulty. That being said, the representatives at GiveSendGo were there to answer questions and support our family every step of the way. They offer a personal experience and their customer service is top-notch.

I was having trouble canceling a recurring donation online due to a change in our financial situation and I kept getting error messages after clicking on the “Cancel Donation” button on the My Donations page. Frustrated, I sent an email to Give-Send-Go asking for help. This was at 8:00pm, and by 10pm I received an answer and they solved the issue and were glad to be able to straighten things out. They even followed up later with another email thanking me for a suggestion to make the cancelation procedure more user friendly. Michael and Ben were both.very professional and friendly and their rapid response was very surprising! Kudos to the whole GiveSendGo support team!

The whole process from opening an account to launching the campaign was quite simple, so simple such that even someone who's not tech-savvy can manage to navigate.

Michael was the Godsend.
I needed help in making sure that the banking info I mistakenly supplied was corrected for funds to flow to an account dedicated for the recipients the campaign was created for. Michael made sure the process was promptly addressed before the verification of the campaign was complete so there were no hiccups along the way. You team is well equipped to address immediate concerns of those that use your site, and with his follow ups, the service provided and overall experience was top notch.
