They had shipped some incorrect products I ordered. Without hesitation they offered several options to me and I chose they send me what I did not receive and a free set. I requested a red or patriotic design for the free set, and they said they are sending both. They were very kind in their correspondence with me.

I had an order that had 2 mistakes made by sending the wrong items ordered. Also, an item ordered that wasn’t like the picture of the item represented online.
Glamhalo answered my emails to them right away, the next day after my contact to them. I was very detailed with explanation of the order mistakes and the unacceptable item I received. Pictures of the items were sent, which helped to sort out the items in question. Glamhalo made my order corrections and replaced all the items. They actually went above and beyond what I was expecting the outcome to be. There were a few emails sent back and forth between us. Their Customer Care Team handled my requests perfectly, making the necessary corrections to my order. I hope that if you have an issue with Glamhalo in the future you come away with the same excellent service as I received. They treated me with such courtesy and understanding with the order issues. I will be a on going customer in the future.
