What I ordered was too small so needed to be returned. Had an excellent experience with Michelle at customer service through an email, got the QR code to take to USPS because I don’t have a printer, and it’s now on the way back to Glamorise. Love great customer service!

I’ve had over the years so many issues finding bra’s that fit correctly, at times paying large money to get fitted for the perfect bra that was still an epic failure. Then I found Glamorise!!!
My problems are over! Love,love , love these bra’s. I highly recommend.

I contacted customer support because of a tiny problem with an item. Before I knew it I had a replacent item in the post. Nothing was a problem. No stone left unturned. Excellent service.

Lately it’s the only brand I use when it comes to buying a bra. Before I found it, it had been so hard for me to find an appropriate and comfortable bra for my size (38-40 H). Regular stores usually don’t carry my size and I feel discriminated, to be honest. Besides providing a great number of styles and designs in my size, the company’s RETURN POLICY is exceptional, so even if it doesn’t fit well, it’s always possible to return and get the refund.

Very impressed. Very good quality and fit. Will definitely purchase again.

The most supportive and comfortable bra I own is from Glamorise, and it is the only one that really helps my back pain. I tried another Glamorise style that wasn't good for me, but they accepted it back after I wore it and quickly gave me a refund. I am only waiting for them to make a t shirt bra in my size!

I bought two Glamorise Sport 48J from them and the shipment to delivery was so fast, thank you! I definitely will be returning to get more as the fit is so nice, and the cost was low even without a sale.

Glamorise provides excellent customer service. That's one of the reasons I remain a loyal customer. Their products are also high quality, and I appreciate that they continue to carry styles that work for women like me. I don't even look at bras anywhere else. Ordering is easy, and I love the free returns. No one beats Glamorise!

Great company to deal with. There was a delay on my order but Michelle kept me up to date on my delivery. Customer service is fantastic, Michelle was friendly & professional.

My experience was excellent because the representative didn't just answer my question, they took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish. Rather than simply recommending another bra, they explained why each recommendation was a better fit for my needs, which gave me confidence that they were focused on finding the right solution instead of just making another sale.

What impressed me most was that they never made me feel rushed. They asked thoughtful questions, provided detailed explanations, and made sure all of my concerns had been addressed before ending the conversation. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase.

Glamorise is doing an outstanding job with customer service by combining product knowledge with a personal, customer-focused approach. The representative clearly understood the products and was able to translate that knowledge into recommendations tailored to my situation.

The only suggestion I would offer is to continue using the feedback from customer interactions to refine the online "Find My Bra" recommendation tool so it can more closely match customers' support and fit goals. Even so, the excellent customer service more than made up for my initial mismatch, and I came away feeling heard, valued, and confident in the recommendations I received.

Their AI was prompt, and actually helpful, and I immediately had an optipn to speak to a human, without asking (or yelling at a computer)
