Ordered some outdoor furniture covers and there was a supplier problem but Taylor at Home Living Luxury was extremely helpful and super friendly and sorted it out. Best customer service I’ve had for a very long time. Will definitely buy from here again.

We wanted a set of Katie Blake rattan furniture for four people with a table; which we could utilise close to the house to sit underneath an awning. I was struggling with finding this requirement as most garden centres or online providers had sold out or were awaiting delivery with a two months wait time. I saw Home living Luxury online and made direct contact with them. They had one in stock.Taylor was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire experience; and a great communicator. I am always a little unsure ordering online but by speaking to Taylor ( which you can do with this company) he sorted it all over the telephone and gave me the confidence this would be delivered within a month and at no delivery charge to our home. Most garden centres and online providers charge for delivery or just won’t deliver if the distance is more than such and such. Or you go and collect it yourself. What a find Taylor and Home living Luxury are. Thanks again Taylor, Michael.

BBQ was priced competitively and arrived on time.
Only negative is that it did not come with a cover which had to be purchased separately at a cost of £90.
If you do not have a cover, the BBQ will spoil in the bad weather

After ordering there was a delay on delivery longer than stated, they rang me explaining the problem apologized and promised to have it with us by a set date! As promised it was delivered, as advertised and couldn’t be happier with the set! And it looks great in our garden in our outdoor kitchen!

Recently ordered a Maze Ibiza armchair from Home Living Luxury and have been very pleased with the service. Taylor made contact to confirm order, again to ensure the delivery company had arranged a suitable time and date and again to confirm that we were entirely happy with our order and the service received. Its always a little nerve wracking ordering from a company you haven't before, but no such worries here. Happy to recommend and will order from this company again without hesitation.

In the end I had to cancel my order due to being out of stock at Maze but the customer service I received during the period was absolutely amazing. Taylor was so helpful along the entire journey - staying in full communication. Whilst Taylor gave lots of helpful suggestions for alternatives we decided not go ahead and he refunded straight away. When I purchase my furniture - probably now in the New Year - I will definitely use this website.

Ordered a Maze outdoor sofa set. After a couple of days received a call advising it was out of stock and they had been trying all they could to fulfil my order. Extremely apologetic and very helpful offering similar alternatives. I opted for the 3 seater instead of the 2 seater which to be honest is probably better for me.
They couldn’t have been more helpful following up with emails on progress and even a phone call on the delivery date to see if my order had been delivered ok. At the time they called my delivery time slot had been set for evening but received a follow up the following day to check everything was ok and I was happy with my furniture.
Furniture is fabulous, really good quality and extremely well packaged.

Fantastic service with after care 2nd to non, it's not every company that gives you not 1 but 2 after sales calls to check if every was delivered OK & to see if the furniture was up to standard which exceeded my expectations. I expected the chairs to be flat packed but we're pre built & solid so very happy with my purchase & will definitely buy again off these guys.

Was a little skeptical at first ordering gym equipment from a business I wasn't fully aware of.
The equipment is really good quality and was very easy to assemble. It was great value vs similar brands I was looking in to.
Customer Service has been one of the best experiences, especially following up to see how everything is going.. a nice touch. Well done.
I would have given 5 stars but everything arrived one day earlier than anticipated, which could have caused a few problems had I not had help.

Primal Strength Gym equipment is extremely well designed equipment. I have Primal Strength adjustable dumbbells, a kettlebell; a slam ball; an Olympic Swiss bar and an Olympic curl bar . These gym equipment have been provided by home living luxury. They provide excellent ongoing support and will check with you if you are happy with your purchases. Excellent customer support service. Worth a visit to their website.
