He was extremely forthcoming and took the time to answer every question I had, even after he knew I had already booked my Umrah package with another travel agent. To me, that is true sincerity.

He provided valuable information and honest advice while I was experiencing difficulties with the travel agent I had booked with, particularly regarding transparency and communication.
