The best customer service ever. The customer service team goes above and beyond their way to help everyone. And I love the products and the colors are addictive 😍. I only started using GLAMRDiP few months ago, and i have purchased 3 more times already. I have only good things to say, highly recommend it to anyone.

From ordering to trying my first set, everything has been more than I expected. I had some questions and was responded to quickly and professionally. The delivery of my kit was quick and my nails are still looking great ten days later. I was worried the process would be difficult because of how many steps but I found it easy and pretty quick with a great result after the first try.

Fabulous product, excellent customer service. If you want to try your manicure at home and you have the patience to do it yourself you'll love glamrdip.

Order came quickly, the application was spelled out in videos, my nails are in good shape when I remove and the colours are great. I ha e experienced bad dip flu the last 2 times but otherwise I love doing my nails this way

Can’t say how much I love these products all of them, I had a small issue with an order and the service is just A+ everything was resolved fast and way over what I expected. I do recommend.

I have gone back and forth on purchasing this every time it has appeared on my Facebook ads. I love the look of salon nails but cannot justify the price, frequency to replace and the damage to my nails that already struggle to grow without ripping.
I finally caved and although it is a learning curve for a complete newbie, they have such a positive helpful community and customer service response to help you through this period.
Before my order arrived, I followed some of the other posts on the Glamrdip community page. I actually found it quite easy on application as long as you follow the guidelines. The errors were on my part which all comes with the process. I am happy with the results and I am confident they will look even better as I continue learning. They provide a really good strong coverage which is going to be helpful for growing my nails a little.
Newbie suggestions. Apply liquids in really thin layers with finger pointing does to avoid cuticle build up. If you hit the cuticle, use a cocktail stick to clear around the edges before applying the seal. Be sure to re-apply the seal after filing to reset it before you add the top coat. That was my first error!
Would I purchase it again, well absolutely and I already have! Warning wear a mask when applying and remember this becomes addictive.

Love the products! Its a learning process, but simple steps. And customer service is TOP TIER! Ive truly never had a better experience. Highly recommend 🤌

This company is great. The customer service is second to none. The products are amazing. I can not recommend this company, their customer service and products enough.

Firstly the products are amazing so easy to use.
Secondly customers services is outstanding, they always listen to you and any problems that may occur are quickly resolved.
The only down side is that there are so many wonderful colours you just cant pick which one to use next.
I would highly recommend glamrdip I love everything about it.

I’ve placed multiple orders with GLAMRDiP, and every experience has been excellent. I especially love the instant gels and Salon Kit because they’re so easy to use at home without UV rays or a lamp. The application is simple, convenient, and gives great results without needing to visit a salon.

The products are lovely, and the customer service team has consistently been helpful and reliable whenever I’ve needed assistance.

Absolutely love this system! My nails have never looked this good doing them at home. The whole process was so easy, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations.

The customer service was also fantastic. They answered all of my questions, were incredibly friendly, and made the whole experience even better. And shipping was SO quick! My order arrived just two days after I placed it.

I am so happy with this product I have told all of my friends and family. I thought I would miss the spa experience but I would much rather do my nails with a glass of wine and a movie. I’ve just started but my friends say my nails look professionally done and love the colours. I don’t need them yet but am looking forward to ordering more colours through the vast variety. Keep up the good work. I love love love this product!

The best nail product I have tried. It has been almost 3 months since I started using it, all my set lasted for 3 weeks, only because my nails are grows fast and I want to change or have new set of colour and design. Never had issues with it, I put it on directly on my natural nails and since then its stronger and its my longest length of nail I’ve had.

The product is pretty cool. I think the last time I had my nails done at a salon it was 80 bucks. So the kit cost of this is about one and a half visits to a salon.

I still haven't used my entire product I've had it over a year. I have just reordered some new colors that I like. I find the sparkly colors the easiest to apply. For myself who's unprofessional at nails the sparkly colors just look more professionally done when I'm finished. Probably with a lot more practice the matte colors could start to look better too but I just find that sparkly's are easier.

I gave it four out of five stars and the only reason I didn't give it five out of five stars is because when I take the product off, my nails are super soft and thin. That's the problem I've had my entire life so it's not like the product caused that. It's just that I was hoping with having the protective coating of the product that my nails would somehow miraculously become better and stronger.

They are better in the sense that they actually grow themselves so now I have long nails and they're actually my nails. They're not tips or anything like that. But I have to keep the product on in order to keep the nails long. They would just break if I wasn't using the product.

I have reached out to the company and ask them to try and produce something to make nails stronger whilst using the product they have offered some tips.

But legitimately when I take the product off if I don't put it back on immediately they will just go back to broken short nails. But I do love the product I just take it off and reapply it the same day. So my nails look beautiful.

I would definitely recommend this to anybody who wants to grow their own nails and have them look professionally done without paying 80 bucks a pop.

Love the product. I've placed a few orders now and Ive had cause to contact customer services once or twice. Always a speedy response in a friendly, helpful manner and issues resolved quickly and always satisfactorily. Great customer service

Really not a great product. Don't buy unless you are pro or very good in sculpting nails. Otherwise it won't turn out nice.
