Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. We’re so happy to hear you’ve had a positive experience with our customer service, found the community lovely and helpful 💜

But we’re really sorry to hear that removal felt a bit tricky. Our Remove Solution is formulated with coconut oil, Vitamin E, calcium and keratin. Combined with our Remove Bowl, removal can easily take 15 minutes. If you’re finding that it’s taking longer, we’d love to share a couple of little adjustments that can definitely make a huge difference.

Our Remove solution is currently sold separately because we’ve had lots of feedback from customers who already have acetone at home. Clear isn’t also essential to get started but is something we recommend for certain application techniques. We chose to keep both available separately, so customers can pick up only what they need while keeping our Kits as affordable as possible.

I’m also really sorry to hear that some of the products bothered your eyes! Strong scents or vapours can sometimes be irritating, particularly without good ventilation; we always recommend working in an open area and avoiding leaning too closely. One thing to note too is that some people are naturally more sensitive to particular odours or ingredients. This is actually one of the reasons we worked so hard on developing our Low-Odour Liquids. We’d genuinely love for you to try them, so we’d be more than happy to send you a set along with our Remove Solution and Remove Bowl x

And we completely agree, application time varies depending on experience and design but once you get the hang of things, muscle memory kicks in and you can finish a complete set in 30 minutes or under. As our colour pots are generously filled, a little overflow can definitely happen. A cupcake liner or piece of paper underneath your workspace is a nice trick for catching excess powder and pouring it straight back into the pot. We’d also love to send you one of our Mani Mats, which was designed to make the whole process much tidier.

Hi Kerri,

I’m so, so sorry we’ve let you down. You’ve been supporting us for two years, and to hear that your last three purchases have left you not wanting to order again is really saddening. You should have been able to count on the same care you received when you first found us 😓

The part about how your parcels used to arrive really stood out to me. That care matters, and it should have been there with every order. Waiting three weeks, only to open a bag with your products rattling around inside, would have been such a disappointment. I’m really sorry this happened repeatedly.

We recently moved warehouses and had our Birthday Sale, but keeping your orders carefully packed and getting them to you in good time was still our responsibility. We haven’t given you the experience you knew us for, and we need to do better.

I’m also sorry our marketing has become too much. I can understand how frustrating it would be to keep seeing encouragement to buy when your recent purchases had been so disappointing. I’ll be taking your feedback about both the packing and our marketing back to the team personally.

Thank you for still saying such lovely things about the powders, Kerri. It means a lot that you’ve enjoyed using them for so long, and I’m sorry that the way we’ve looked after you has taken away from that.

I’d really love the opportunity to make this up to you personally. We’d be more than happy to refund your most recent order as an apology for letting you down. Please keep the products; there’s no need to send anything back. Whether or not you choose to order again, we’d still like to do this for you.

You’re absolutely right about nail prep, it really does make the world of a difference to the longevity of any set. The goal is to make sure the natural nail is completely clean, dry and free from excess oils, moisture, dust or anything else that could interfere with the products bonding properly. It’s one of those slightly less exciting steps that can make a huge difference to the finished result!

And keeping your liquids clean and fresh is just as important. Taking a little extra care during application, particularly avoiding contact between the brush and the natural nail, skin or powder, and making sure the bottles are kept clean and properly closed, helps minimise the chance of contamination and gives you the best chance of getting the most out of your liquids. Prep really is one of those fundamentals that applies to pretty much any system. Even the best products in the world can struggle to adhere properly if there’s oil, moisture or residue sitting between the product and the natural nail.

I’m also really sorry to hear that you’ve experienced some sensitivity with our liquids. Everyone’s skin and body is wonderfully individual, and sensitivities can be incredibly complex. Even ingredients that are naturally derived and generally considered gentle can still cause a reaction in someone who happens to be sensitive to them, much like how some people can react to things as everyday as pollen, nuts or honey.

That’s actually one of the reasons we’ve invested so much time and care into developing our Low Odour Range. We know how disappointing it must be to finally find an option you’re hoping will work for you, only to find it unavailable whenever you’re ready to order.

I’m genuinely sorry about that, Syndia. The Low Odour Range is a little more intricate for our team to produce, so it has unfortunately taken us longer than we would have liked to get everything ready. But please know that our team is working incredibly hard behind the scenes to get these products back on the shelves as soon as we possibly can. We really don’t want you to have to keep missing out.

That’s exactly the kind of result we designed Instant Gels™ to deliver, and we’re thrilled your first experience exceeded your expectations after being a little sceptical at first 💜

On the other hand, we’re terribly sorry to hear that the Blaze Beauty gave you a trickier experience. We can absolutely understand how confusing that would have been, particularly when you loved the colour and had already experienced such incredible wear from your Forever French kit.

There are a few little variables with Instant Gels™ that can make a huuuge difference to the strength and longevity of the bond, even when everything else about the application seems exactly the same. The fit of each individual Instant Gel is particularly important - ideally, it should sit beautifully flush from sidewall to sidewall, with no pressure against the surrounding skin. Natural nail shape, the tiniest difference in sizing, prep, application pressure and even the way the nails are being used throughout the day can all influence how the finished mani wears.

The fact that your Forever French set stayed so firmly in place for almost two weeks is really encouraging. This makes us think there may simply be a small difference in the fit or application of the Blaze Babe sets that we can help you identify and fine-tune.

We’re also sorry to hear about the white tips on your Forever French beginning to separate from the rest of the gel. Because Instant Gels™ are made with six carefully layered real gel and pre-cured using our Gelstack Technology™   they’re designed to be worn exactly as they come. We actually recommend against adding extra layers of Glow or another top coat over the design, as this can interfere with or damage the beautiful finish.
