Thank you so much for giving our Instant Gels™ a try. It means the world to us to hear that you’re loving the look and overall finish!

But we’re really sorry to hear that you’ve had a bit of trouble with longevity. We absolutely don’t want your experience with the Instant Gels™ to feel like a hit-and-miss. One thing to note is that the fit of the Instant Gels™ can make a big difference here. Choosing the size that sits flush against your natural nail from sidewall to sidewall, without being too large or too small, is really important for getting the strongest possible bond.

We’d genuinely love to help you troubleshoot this so that you don't have to figure it out yourself. When you have a little bit of free time, could you please send us a DM or email us and just "FAO Patricia", I'd love to personally help you go through the fit and application. We’d really love to get to the bottom of it with you x

We’re absolutely over the moon to hear that you found our Instant Gels™ easy to use and found them to be a great fit! That honestly makes us so sooo happy to hear x

We completely understand what you mean about the length, though, and we regret that this meant spending extra time filing. To be completely transparent, the length was something we spent a lot of time thinking about when developing the Instant Gels™ range. It’s a bit of a balancing act, as we want to offer enough length and variety to suit different preferences, while still making sure there are options for those who prefer something shorter and more natural.

And we completely hear you on the colours and shapes. We’re always working on improving and expanding the range. If there are particular shades or designs you’d especially love to see in squoval, please feel free to send us a DM or email us at support@glamrdip.com, FAO Patricia. I’d be more than happy to pass your suggestions directly on to our Product Team. We genuinely love hearing what our customers want to see next  💜

Customer service is truly at the heart of GLAMRDiP. We’re a small team, and making sure our customers feel looked after, listened to and genuinely supported has always been one of our biggest priorities, it’s a cornerstone of who we are as a little business. And please don’t be discouraged if you’re finding the system a little tricky at first! We completely understand. Like learning any new skill - whether it’s baking something for the first time or even learning to crochet, there can definitely be a bit of a learning curve while you’re figuring out what works for you. Then, one day, it just clicks. Suddenly you know how much product you need, how to hold everything, how to shape and perfect your application, and it starts to feel almost second-nature.

The really important thing, though, is that you absolutely don’t have to figure it all out on your own. We’d genuinely love the opportunity to help you get there. And we think you’ve made a brilliant choice with the Instant Gels™ as another option, too! They’re such a handy backup for those days when you want gorgeous nails without spending the extra time on your dip application, you can have a complete set on in around 15 minutes or even less. It’s lovely to have both options depending on how much time you have or simply what you feel like doing that day x

Hi there,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such thoughtful feedback! We’re really glad to hear that you’re enjoying GLAMRDiP overall, especially that you’re getting around 2–3 weeks of wear while saving so much compared to regular salon visits 💜

We completely understand what you mean. Any new system can take a little practice at first, particularly when you’re getting used to controlling your layers and perfecting your technique. But once you find your groove, it really does become much easier, and before long, you can start having fun with nail art, different shapes and finishes, and even more intricate mani designs!

One thing to note is that you absolutely don’t need a nail drill with our system. A nail drill can certainly make certain parts of the process quicker and easier, especially when refining the shape or removing product, but that’s exactly why our kits come with the Kit Pro Files to help you achieve the same kind of precision without needing extra equipment.

As for longevity, how long a mani lasts can depend on so many things outside of the application itself, including how hands-on your day-to-day work is, manual labour, frequent hand washing or exposure to water, chemicals, and simply how much wear and tear your nails experience 😄

That said, getting a solid 2–3 weeks of wear is actually a really encouraging sign that your application is on the right track! So I’m really confident that with a couple of personalised tweaks, we may be able to help you squeeze even more wear out of your manis. Our mani experts would absolutely love to troubleshoot this with you and take a closer look at your routine to see where we can help.
