Great Servce quick delivery at a good price I recommend Glass2GoLTD.

I ordered four double-glazed units from Glass2Go. The lead time was quick. Within two weeks I had brand-new double-glazed units ready for installation. Each one was perfectly cut to size and the finish was of high quality. The price was also very competitive. The staff and delivery guys were really helpful. Without doubt I'll be using Glass2Go again.

Saw the company on an ad on Facebook first was sceptical whether the company was legitimate .but once I measured everything up sent my order through found good communication with emails ,when order was complete in a couple of days after ordering got another email Overall a good experience from the company. Only one issue the glassing Packers could do with being sent out with the units.buy with confidence

I ordered a small pane of glass. My order went through they took my money. The next day they cancelled my order without reason. I received an email saying I will be refunded. Over a week has passed and I still haven’t been refunded. I’ve emailed them numerous times and they haven’t replied.

Ordered the glass on 29th July and arrived on the 12th Aug. I think that was pretty good. The 13th the glass was installed

This appears to be the retail arm of the window manufacturer, Northern Express Glass of Fleetwood.
Purchased 2 units, one I collected, one was delivered.
Both were good quality, delivery was prompt, collection easy.
No hesitation in recommending.

Terrible company, bunch of scammers that take your money and don’t respond to emails or calls avoid this company

Awful - apart from taking the order and payment their performance has be woeful. No one answers the phone, no replies to emails, all leaving one what on earth is going on.

Prompt and professional service very reasonably priced

Glazing was well packaged and protected, delivery was a day earlier than scheduled

Ordered 2 replacement double glazed glass units. Ordering was easy. Units arrived as advertised and dimensions were as ordered. Very happy. Thank you.

Ordered nearly 7 weeks ago, have sent multiply emails and left multiply messages via phone. Promised delivery after a month and two weeks only to find no delivery and now awaiting when someone may get back to me.
Makes me and my business look as bad as there’s!

Terrible after sales service. I ordered the units but no tracking for the delivery, they tried to deliver when I was not there. I cannot get hold of them now and dont know where the units have gone.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience has been poor from start to finish.
I ordered glass which arrived unannounced one day.
The glass supplied was of poor quality and failed almost immediately. I reported the issue straight away and provided photographs, expecting either a replacement or a refund.
This was reported on 6th May and at time of writing on 1st July the issue is still unresolved.
I have spent over two months chasing for updates on what Glass2Go could do to resolve the problem with the glass. I was told a replacement had been found and was on its way after being sent to the wrong depot, but it has never arrived. I then requested a refund, which was ignored, as was a follow-up email to Glass2Go with my formal complaint.
After months of delays, chasing emails and getting nowhere, I still had neither a replacement nor a refund.
Based on my experience, I wouldn't use Glass2Go again or recommend them.

Ordering was straightforward and entering the glass dimensions was easy. The only issue was that delivery took about a week longer than originally estimated. Customer service did respond emails within 24h, however no option to talk over phone. Overall, a good experience, but delivery times could be improved.

Workman for this company is totally thoughtless for the other people living in the area glued an advert or contact details to the main door of our block of flats . Strange as it may seem doors are not advertising billboards . Surely you don’t do that to everyone’s house when you replace windows ?!!! Bad reputation if they do. I came home to find a sticker on the main door of our building. It's a small sticker but it will encourage other eejits to do the same. !!! Don’t know what glue was used but it has bubbled & defaced the paintwork. I tried to contact company directly but messaged surprise surprise failed to send and their email address is only for orders. Red flag to anyone thinking of using this company . Thankfully I didn’t.

I ordered a replacement double glazing unit for a PVC Window, the delivery timescale was longer than I required so I asked whether they could deliver it earlier, which they did! The unit arrived, with all dimensions correct and fitted perfectly, all good, no fuss, thank you for the great service. (I will now monitor how long the unit lasts in our south facing window which can get very hot in the summer!)

Biggest scam on line at the moment avoid avoid avoid.
Can only echo all the other 1 star reviews.
