I’m very sorry to hear you haven’t received your order yet. We weren’t aware of any delivery issue, as we hadn’t received any contact from you prior to this review.
Your order is being sent internationally, and while we do everything possible to ensure smooth and speedy customs clearance, occasional delays can unfortunately occur once parcels reach the destination country.
Please do get in touch with us directly and we’ll look into this straight away and provide an update. We’re here to help and want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

I recently purchased glassine bags and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service.
Although my original order didn't arrive, the company was incredibly responsive and shipped out a replacement the very same day I informed them.
Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Amazing product and exceptional service—highly recommended!
