Very easy to order and collect as close by. Even bought even more than planned.
Staff were able to advise what sweets were suitable for vegetarians, info is also available on their Web page.

The limited edition Irn Bru Tropical seems to have sold out everywhere now in Lincolnshire and the prices are crazy on Amazon.
Quick Google search lead me to Glencrest, 24 pack ordered yesterday (Monday) and have just taken delivery today (Tuesday) will definitely be ordering more item's in the future.

First time delivery .Took a week to come and no text or email to let me know when it would be arriving
Driver left Tunnocks tea cakes and Twix on my doorstep in 22 degree heat at 10.30 in the morning

Not a great effort on our part there & my apologies for that. I can see your order was placed Thursday evening & delivered in one of our own trucks the following Tuesday. We normally quote 2 working days for delivery so this was a day later than we'd hope for.
More disappointing was our own driver leaving your delivery on your doorstep. My colleague has arranged a meeting with our driver tomorrow to share your feedback. In the meantime if there was any heat damage to any of the items in your order please share the detail with customerservices@glencrest.co.uk & they will resolve that for you.

I was worried about using a new site , especially after reading some reviews but I am so happy! The delivery was so quick , with no issues whatsoever , and at a great price ( I like a certain energy drink that is a nightmare to get in shops)

Firstly I'm sorry to hear you felt your experience with us was only 2 Star. Clearly that's not where we aim to be.
I'm trying to investigate your experience as described in your review & have emailed you personally to understand the issue & find a solution but you haven't replied. Furthermore I've searched all of our email in boxes & can't find any correspondence from you.
If you can reply to my personal email, forward the photographs, I can guarantee I'll thoroughly investigate & find a solution. In my experience there aren't many problems that can't be resolved with proper 2 way communication.

Hi there I wanted to give some feedback on the delivery driver and service I received. I put in the order on Saturday and even with a bank holiday yesterday was delivered today with no hassle and the delivery driver was the kindest most sweetest driver I have ever had the privilege to meet.
