Hi Stefan thanks for your feedback & apologies that something appears to have gone wrong with delivery of your order which I can see was placed & shipped over a year ago, 15th December 2021.
I've started an investigation into this with our delivery partner UPS & our own team here, to try establish exactly what has happened.
From my initial quick checks we can't seem to find any correspondence from you or from UPS to alert us to anything untoward. Any additional information you could provide to customerservices@glencrest.co.uk would help our investigation. Hopefully we will get to the bottom of it & resolve as quickly as possible.

Took a chance with this company because they had a scarcely available product in good quantities at an excellent price. Am delighted i did. Delivery was in less than 48 hours to England. Price even with delivery was better than elsewhere. Customer service replied immediately to my pre delivery query. First class. Merry Christmas.
UPDATE- Just took delivery of 3rd order, flawless service, discounts on delivery for large orders, excellent logistics, perfect products. Fully recommended.
2nd UPDATE: took delivery of my fourth order today, received within 24 hours of ordering to England. Perfect logistics, packaging, products and price. A brilliant company.

Tried ordering case of irn bru 330 ml glass bottles great not too bad a price 24 x £25 £1 a bottle added address total over £45 almost as much to deliver as the price of the item....Needless to say won't be using

I can see your total order including shipping was in fact £42.14 so not sure if you were seeing something different....you mentioned over £45?

We have been in business for 23 years with many thousands of customers & several million successful orders so I'm surprised to hear your comments.

FORCES me to sign up to get to billing and shipping info, LETS ME choose Greece as my country, THEN proceeds to tell me they don't ship to Greece. What an absolute a-hole move. Just remove my country of residence from the drip-down menu then!! And DELETE my info as you have ZERO business use for it (by GDPR laws).

I notice from your profile that you only do 1 Star reviews so presumably not many of us out there are able to meet your expectations.
Anyway, that aside, apologies that we no longer ship to Greece but it's as a result of the difficulties in clearing goods through your customs in Greece post Brexit.
Prior to you inputting your shipping details we don't know where you're shipping address is, so there is no alternative but to complete that information before our system is able to establish whether or not it's a country we ship to.
We do not store info for any visitors to our site who haven't completed an order but for peace of mind you can email customerservices@glencrest.co.uk confirming the details you used on our site & they will verify that no information is held.

Caution with Shelf life
Prices are reasonable, with a good range of products but i'm disappointed with the shelf life of the crisps.
A 32 pack of crisps should have longer than 5/6 weeks.
I contacted customer services, who fobbed me off.

Hi Gareth sorry to hear about your disappointment with the date on the crisps on your order. I can see it was Tayto crisps which are a slight challenge as we import them from Ireland. The Wurster sauce flavour you purchased were I believe dated 22nd January 2022 so just over 6 weeks when they arrived with you 15th? They are manufactured with a maximum of 12 weeks date but in reality by the time they are warehoused, picked & shipped to us they will usually have an absolute MAXIMUM of 10 weeks. We order these every 2 weeks from Tayto who in turn only guarantee 6 weeks to us.....not ideal I agree but our choice is not stocking them.
I've spoken with our head of Customer Services who you spoke to & I'm again disappointed you feel he fobbed you off as he is a very experienced & long serving member of our team & will always be customer centric in finding a solution where he can.
If you drop an email to customerservices@glencrest.co.uk they will give you a code for a special discount on your next order, by way of an apology.
