Awful quality hair. I bought shade 22 nano bond extensions, they were terrible quality. Like dolls hair, tangled very quickly and we’re pulling my real hair out. They were dry and fake looking. I had to take them out after less then a month because they looked so cheap. I complained to the company and sent clear pictures and receipts, I even offered to send them the hair to see for themselves. They were very unhelpful and all they offered me was 10% discount. Complete waste of money.

Being new to the hair extension world, I placed the order wrong twice, however, when I got in touch with GL Hair they couldn't of been more helpful and patient with me.

Use this company regularly, I honestly cannot fault the quality of the hair, the prompt delivery service and the customer service department.
The price is also very reasonable offering a range of quality depending on client budget, the description of use is also very clear and the usage statements are pretty precise.

I bought hair from GL hair extensions, when it came it was lovely and soft, after the first wash I noticed it started to tangle really bad, even 5 minutes after brushing it. I’ve had it in 4 weeks, 4a was the shade bought and it is all now ginger/blonde, it feels as if I’ve had it in for a year it’s that dry, it’s tangling that bad it’s pulling my own hair from the root, which is damaging to my own hair. I’ve followed the correct aftercare, I’ve had extensions for 3 years and never had a problem but this is the first batch of hair I’ve had from this company. I would attach comparison photos but it’s not allowing me too. The hair is synthetic. It doesn’t even curl And after spending £300+ on what I thought was Russian hair I’m very disappointed. I work hard and as a single mum I need to save for things like this. I will be contacting trading standards over this matter. If I am offered replacement hair I will not be happy. I want a full refund.

I did the course few years ago with GL extensions and since then I've always ordered extensions through their website. Excellent customer service. The quality of the products is really good. All my clients were satisfied and very happy. I definitely recommend GL extensions
