I’m a hairdresser but only just passed in hair extensions so just getting started…I had a question and they emailed me back pretty much straight away!

I Have ordered a few times for different types and brands of hair. I have always found GL hair, very helpful and the prices are very reasonable for each brands. The staff on WhatsApp are very friendly and helpful, to help with any querie I had. Order system very easy to use and with having klanra is a really good option for my clients 💜 will be using GL hair a lot more in the future and would definitely recommend to all 💜

I brought a 20” weft from the Russia range, first contact with GL I asked if it was half synthetic as was feeling and looking like clip ins once worn a couple times. The shedding was a lot coming from the top of the weft too.

They asked for my aftercare and they confirmed it was correct.
They wanted to send the hair for testing so I agreed.

Came back and said they couldn’t find anything in the testing but she would give me 30% to my next order. I declined and said I wanted a refund. I had the hair fitted for less than a month at this point.

They sent my hair back and it had been cut. All of a sudden my hair was all one length in the perfect straight line. The wefts had been hacked at the top.

I contacted them back only to be told it never happened and in other words I was lying.. I have photos of before sending the hair and after the hair came back and told GL I would be voicing my concerns so others are aware. Then I get offered a phone call, I took it. I was told the manager had already made her mind up and there was no changing it so the call was pointless, she told me to email the manager back and I did on the 18th March 2022 and I have had no reply.

incredibly poor quality hair, twice my previous hairdresser fitted these part synthetic hair. unacceptable even the first time, GL cut corners by mixing real and illegitimate hair together. It mattes after 2 weeks and is so embarrassing, Ridiculous prices. Shameful

The most horrific hair. I trained with Belle Academy and was recommended to use the GL brand. The hair comes and feels lovely the day you put it in (although quite thin), but after one wash it starts to Matt and tangle, to the point you can barely even get a brush through it and this is whilst using proper aftercare and using hair extension shampoo and conditioner. After fitting it into numerous clients hair I’m absolutely appalled at the quality, I am a small business and something like this could completely take me under! I’ve tried to complain but alongside taking over two weeks to reply, they aren’t having any of it. I’ve had to offer free fittings on new hair to all my clients that have had the product and have even lost some clients through this as the hair was so terrible, and GLHAIR do not care about small businesses. I have also noticed strands of the hair melting onto my curlers!! I’ve had hair extensions for 10 years and I I would rather hair from amazon, GLHAIR is definitely mixed with synthetic hair. Please do not buy - the company should be shut down for false advertising.

Awful hair, so dry and knots up within seconds of brushing it!

The worst hair extensions do not buy!! GL hair is not what they claim please see images. GLhair claim they are 100% remy hair when it is plastic. It smells bad it is so thin and terrible yellow in any blonde.

I ordered hair last week and not only it smells the hair is not all aligned so you are dealing with a cheap quality so don’t waste your money. When I complained to the company the representative said the hair is not aligned because it was taken out of the plastic bag causing static reaction. Never heard of such useless excuse.

I have been using GL hair roughly for about 1 year now, they are super fast with deliveries, also available to pick up any stock if your local to them too. They have amazing sales on. All my clients are happy with the hair & if Iv ever had any issue they are more then happy to help. Definitely recommend 10/10
