The fabric of my dresses were not as advertised. “Linen” is spandex/polyester blend. Sizes are not consistent. The 3 I purchased all same size: one is way too small, one fits, one is too large and strangely cut. I appreciated the quick responses from customer service (they were able to update my order address). However, automated AI responses contradicted the human ones. Not mad, just disappointed.

What made my experience great was the combination of a great selection, affordable prices, and fashionable styles. I was specifically looking for suits for work, and Curve & Bloom had plenty of classy, professional options that were both stylish and reasonably priced. The quality and overall presentation made it easy to find pieces that I felt confident wearing to work.

The company is doing a great job offering fashionable, professional clothing at prices that provide great value. I also appreciated the communication throughout the ordering process. While the shipping was a little slower than I expected, Curve & Bloom kept me informed with updates along the way, which made the wait much easier and gave me confidence that my order was being handled properly.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider shopping with Curve & Bloom again. Improving shipping speed would make an already great shopping experience even better.

Had my shoe size. However, I like what they had and how they presented it. It was like being in a quaint little local store. I miss that. I hope I can do a lot more shopping there.

The pictures of half the items that I ordered did not accurately reflect what I received. The color difference is big.

The clothing pictures were cute, said they were having a loving sale and that they were a Nashville company… placed an order and it’s shipping straight from China. Very misleading. Tried to cancel and speak with customer service after I saw this on the tracking and they kept sending me the same response email asking for the order number so they could help (every single email contained the order number).

I purchased a beautiful lingerie set for my daughter's bridal shower but unfortunately it was not received on time. The shipping was supposed to be expedited but took over a week in a half to arrive. However, things happen and hopefully we can still do business in the future to make this right.

The site is simple to navigate through.
The selections are huge and priced reasonably.

This is taking long time to receive. I have a wedding coming up and now won’t have time for an exchange if it doesnt work. This is the third time I’ve done this review and they haven’t followed through on their end.
