Item was easy to find, well described and reasonably priced. Shipping was free and the offer of free returns is helpful although I hope not to have to use it.

Absolutely terrible customer service, sent 5 emails to return useless coat, not a single response. The coat took ages to arrive, web site states easy returns, not true. You have to pay postage, customs and 15% restock fee. Web site says Harrogate, it's from China!!! Not worth the trouble returning, even if they ever bother to reply, I'll just give it to charity and take the hit. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. They even said, in the original order, if I give a good review they'll give me a discount, don't do it.

Avoid this website. It wasn’t clear when ordering that the item was being shipped from China. As soon as I ordered I had an email saying if I left a positive review, I’d received 50% back. I read here that Trustpilot don’t allow this. I did the review and that voucher never appeared. The item took 10 days to arrive. It wasn’t suitable as it was huge in size . A return option isn’t clear online unless you email customer service which I have done numerous times as well as their online contact form. I’m getting no response. It says returns are to America at own cost. I hope other people avoid buying from this website.

Ordered my shoes on 4th Sept thinking I was ordering from a shoe shop in Harrogate,that's what it said on the website..Norawanders Harrogate,it's so misleading,apparently the orders come from a distribution centre in China...its now September 14th and my shoes are still in the Airport in China,Ordered 4th September and they weren't dispatched while the 11th...very poor service.

Good efficient communication and easy to use order - description of article very good

I ordered a pair of trainers. Took a while to arrive but the quality is so poor, very flimsy, cheaply made. I've emailed for the refund procedure, as yet heard nothing! Tbh, they are going in the bin.

Ive ordered a pair of shoes for a funeral next week. At the time the delivery seemed as though they would be here at least a week before, but there is no sign of them.
Ive also had no updates since the day I ordered yhe shoes.

Additionally, Ive sent 2 emails to them and they have failed to respond to either email.
They say free delivery, bht force tou to gake out £5 insurance as a compulsory payment. Therefore, there's no free delivery.

Actually based in China. The ad a pre ticked box in the checkout . You so not see this when paying by PayPal Then get an added £4,95 "insurance ". Impossible to cancel No replies to emails TERRIBLE!!
