Guy who came was lovely
Guy who came was lovely, sorted me out fair and simple and took the car easy.
Company said they pay by 6pm same day which was 24hrs later not same day.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear our driver made the process easy and you were treated fairly.
Just to clarify the payment side, we always send BACS payments the same day, but banks have daily cut-off times. If a payment is sent after that cut-off, it won’t show in your account until the next working day. This part is unfortunately outside our control, but we’re pleased it reached you safely.
