Extremely Disappointing Experience

Review:
I had a terrible experience with Almosafer. I booked a hotel for 8 people (3 rooms) through their app, and when we arrived in Kuwait at 6:15 PM, we were shocked to find that the hotel was fully booked and our reservation was not honored.

We immediately contacted Almosafer’s customer support, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, they offered us subpar alternatives far below the standard of the original booking. Worse, despite the fact that they had already charged us, they refused to book a replacement hotel using the deducted amount and insisted that we pay again out of pocket, promising to “refund” us later.

We spent over 6 hours in the streets of Kuwait (until midnight) without a solution. For a group of 8, this was a stressful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable experience.

Their customer service lacks professionalism and urgency, showing no regard for the inconvenience caused. I cannot recommend Almosafer to anyone and strongly advise travelers to avoid this service.

Worst customer helpline. please don’t purchase flight tickets from almosafer app.I contacted them for 10 time for change my travel date. They can’t fix the problem, even they don’t know how to change the date. They spoiled one day of mine.

Their customer service is good, but their prices are a bit higher compared to other service providers, however I would definitely prefer a better custimer service

one of the best, their customer services are amazing and they truly care for their customers. I just wish if they offer more offers please cause sometimes the prices are higher but again one of the best customer care ever. thank you so much

i have booked 8 times for our company staffs vacations and flights and NO any issues faced so far. Only that almosafer sometimes you see they are cheaper because the baggage allowance they give is lesser than booking directly from the airline website.

This company is a bunch of cheats and liars! I paid for my baggage and the company clearly did not mention that in the ticket I had to pay for my baggage at the airport and they do not respond to your emails or phone calls!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

They changed the dates of my booking. Made a booking for almost 2 months and after I paid I received a ticket for 4 days. After I called they said these are the dates you chose when I never did. It doesn’t even make sense that I will choose dates that much different. I asked them to fix the dates but they said I will have to cancel the original and pay 700+ riyals. I said its not my fault you sent me wrong dates but they didn’t bother. My flight was supposed to be in a few days but they sent me a ticket for a flight after 2 weeks. They said my original date is not available and the closest is after even more than 2 weeks. They just wanted to take my money even though the flight wasn’t there. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS NEVER BOOK WITH THEM DO NOT LET THE CHEAP PRICES DECEIVE YOU BECAUSE ITS ONLY THERE TO SCAM.

Cheating Fellows

We booked tickets for Rome and the flight timings were changed. We got emails from Pegasus airlines that we are eligible for Free cancellation and date change. But Almosafer didn't allow anything. They looted our money ruined our trip. Don't trust this website.

Pathetic service. Useless helpline. Good for nothing. Cheats. They are good at extracting money but when it comes to service they are simply useless. I wish there was an option to rate them in negative. Dealing with them is a curse. Had to change the sector for the government ticket and had booked for 10/5/24 4:30 pm. They didn’t even bother to inform us about the status. My son had an international flight at midnight on the same day. We went through so much trouble

The customer service on this Application is the worst! do not come or buy ticket on this Al mosafer because you will SUFFER! i will never forget my bad experience on this company specially the one in Khobar they are all BAD!

Very bad experience doing drama when asking about refund…
You will keep asking about your refund without chance to get it

Booked for someone else using my card. They made the booking using the name on my card and completely ignored the passenger details I put. When I called customer support, the service was appalling. They also refused to amend the booking, resulting in me having to book another flight. After arguing for almost 30 minutes, they agreed to issue a refund without a cancellation fee which they wanted to charge me initially. Extremely disappointing

My ticket purchased under moh,when i called asked for amendments or changes they refused to give to cause simply reasons its moh tickets and no seat available, yet they offered me a different date which not preferred to.first time to experience like this,in comparison to the another third party ticketing agency their services is not satisfactory.

I reseved seats on a flight and paid the fees of reservation. They called me back after 3 and a half hours to say that tgey could’nt secure the seats!! This is totally a waste of time for me and very irritating. I wonder what is the point behind having the agent answering my call, wasting my time while waiting for him to enter the request and send the paiment link then after all lose the seats reservation. The agent gets back to me to ask me to call the airlines itself to reserve the needed seats !!

The majority of reviews are bad.
However, it's an opposite to my experience, using their app and it is so user friendly and easy to navigate.
Piece of advice to all, after booking do check in the official airline website through manage booking to confirm your booking. If it is there - it's a peace of mind. And lastly, always double check what you're typing i.e. name, age, passport details etc. It is very expensive to rectify after the ticket have been issued.

I had a booking, and I tried to change the passenger name via "I am booking for a different person" option. I assumed it was saved. The next step was payment, without showing the booking summary, name or etc( which I searched for it to make sure passenger name is corrected). I just had to pay blindly. The ticket issued in the wrong name. I called immediately, but no way, I lost half the ticket price to cancel and bout a new ticket. There was no way to check the passenger name before the payment.....so frustrating.

We had government tickets, we want to edit them. but their customer service is HORRIFYING. We waited hours just for no response, we did everything, like paid and sent the papers and passports. And still nothing, We had been contacting them for over 2 weeks. Don't ever go to Al Mosafer.

I own a hotel.
We do not have an arrangement with this Online Travel Agent, and yet we are listed on their site.
We wouldn't even know if a booking was made through them.
