NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service has to be one of the worst in the business. Multiple emails, calls, texts and zero support. The ordering went great as did the shipping but there was an issue with a discount code and after several weeks no resolution or even any return contact. Come on Lenny you are better than this.

Glockstore was rude, uncarring and unhelpful

Glockstore and their rude, uncarring, unhelpful "customer service" was nothing but a waste of my valuable time, money and effort.
I purchased an ambi-extended slide stop/release, which was deceptively advertised as "factory new".
I was shocked at how obviously corroded, rusty and filthy the"factory new" slide stop was.
How in good faith could Glockstore package and send out such a corroded, rusty and filthy excuse for a "factory new" part?
-It looks as if it was stored in a vat of acid, dirt and salt water.
Subsequently, multiple calls and emails were ignored and not returned, until finally someone answered their phone in the Nashville store.
Here are the demands Glockstore "customer service"made to me,
just to get a $20. obviously corroded, rusted, dirty and defective Glockstore ambi slide stop/release simply exchanged for a decently finished and non-corroded part:
1. Write us a story regarding the reasons for returning our obviously defective part, - after I had just explained the reasons to their rude, uncarring "customer service".
2. Take photos of our corroded, rusted, pitted, slide stop and send us the photos along with your letter, (-which I already did via email)
-so Glockstore can further delay you, until we take several more days to make that crucial, grand decision in our slow, dull minds to simply provide a RMA to return Glockstores' $20. defective, corroded, rusted, dirt-crusted slide stop/release!
-Just to simply return for exchange or receive a refund for a $20. defective Glockstore part that was advertised as "factory new", but was actually in horrible, unuseable, corroded condition!
3. Wait until the end of time for our slow, dull minds to make a grand decision as to if we will exchange the corroded, rusted, defective $20. part we sent you in a nice clean "Glockstore" plastic bag filled with rust and grimey dirt.
Then, provided we feel so generous enough to approve a RMA/return.
"AFTER we receive the required written complaint letter, description and photos of our corroded, rusted, filthy $20. part, then you must send the part back to Glockstore- at your expense, before we will send you a replacement."
Glockstore- Do you cheap rooks really believe that your time is more valuable than your customers?!
-And the answer is- NO!-It is NOT! And your rude, uncarring, know it all juveniles and their absurd excuses for "customer service" don't seem to be able to provide ANY "customer service"except bad, or say anything except "No! -..."No we won't just send you an exchange/ replacement part", until you waste more time and money than 20 times what our our defective, corroded, rusted, filthy $20. "factory" slide-stop is worth!
-Despite my urgent need for this inexpensive, but much needed part for an upcomming match.
So this was my very first-and last-attempt to do basic, honest business with the crude, unhelpful, uncarring and rude JERKS and punks at the "Glockstore" that treated this first-time customer terribly.
I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from the greedy, uncarring, unhelpful rooks at the "Glockstore", after this
aggravating hassle, time and money spent on the defective, horribly corroded, rusty and dirty $20. excuse for a "factory-new Glock" slide stop.
Please don't waste your valued time, money and effort with these rude, unhelpful, uncarring JERK ROOKs at the "Glockstore".

HORRIBLE customer service

Ordered a set of extended controls. The slide release was defective. Three emails to support including request for a return call remain unanswered. Finally contacted returns. Cost to return (I have to pay) and replace (they charge $10 for shipping is more than the defective part. HORRIBLE. I will not buy from them again.

no complaints

I've ordered guns and parts....no problems.
They have answered my email questions in a timely manner...no problems.
And yes after 10 minutes it hangs up....so call back like I did.....no problems.....
As far as I'm concerned I have no complaints.

Sent a slide in to be cut. Special price and added a Red Dot. Delayed work due to the snow storm/power outage the got hit with. Finally had to call to find status. Overall about one month. For the slide. They did not send the optic. A couple of emails (which were answered promptly) rectified the situation. Received the optic about one week later. Understandably they had to go through inventory and see if there was one extra optic. Indeed there was. I do not fault them for that as anyone could remove an optic and say they never recieved one. Overall a mostly positive experience.

Sent two slide in for the C Cut

Sent two slide in for the C Cut. Took a little longer they got slammed with slides and had power issues. Let to a Customer Service nightmare, but once i got through all was handled well, Both slides came back looking great. Would use them again/

BUYER BEWARE!!
I ordered a couple items that said they were in stock. After over a week the items hadn’t shipped. I emailed them and they told me they’d bump my order to the top. A week later, one of my two items shipped. I emailed them again saying I wanted to cancel the item. Never got a response. A month later the item shows up at my house and I get billed for it. Emailed them again expressing my displeasure and never heard anything back. Awful company! Awful customer service!

Glockstore will not respond to customers

This company won't answer there phones for customer service, they charge for parts not ordered nor received. They want you to leave an email they won't answer or a phone message on there answering machine that is filled up with messages to correct flagrant credit card charges. I won't do business with this company nor recommend them to my gun community or friends, that's right Lenny I said my gun community and friends. Lifetime patriot member of the NRA

Unresponsive by email and poor customer service

Simply emailed them to ask if certain items could be shipped to Canada. No response for two weeks now. Guess that they don't need my business even though I had about $1,100 worth of products in my basket, ready to be purchased..

Glockstore Customer Service Doesn't Exist

I purchased accent pieces for my Glock 19 Gen5 in November and December. On the website all the pieces had the same color blue. When I received the pieces they were all different shades of blue. After over a month of emails and voicemails no one has gotten back to me. Can't even get an authorization to return the items. Would never recommend this business.

I ordered a gift for my wife

I ordered a gift for my wife, concealed holster top, it arrived on time but did not fit. I have now called numerous times with no answer, their phone actually hangs up after a 10 minute wait and there have been no responses to numerous emails for an RMA so I can return the item.
Disgusted by the inability to return the item within the allowed timeframe I have now contested the charge on my card.
How can it be this hard to make a simple return and get a refund?
Do not order from them!!!!
Also do not order from Under Cover Tech. They are the same company.

I too sent in a slide and barrel for the 10 day optic cut. I did receive a email from them stating they received my slide/barrel and would begin the work. Numerous weeks went by with no communication. I sent numerous emails with no response and attempt numerous phone calls to which I was hung up on with no responses. Finally, I received a email back from them stating they never received my parts. I have sent them the emails, tracking from FedEx and the name of the employee that signed for the items. Again, multiple emails and phone calls and no responses. Not only have they charged me for the work but have my slide a barrel and I can get no answers. Do not use them! I am an Armor for a major state LE agency that uses Glocks, guess where I won’t be doing business with and I will recommend other don’t as well.

Be wary of the "10 Day" optic/slide cut promise

Be wary of the "10 Day" optic/slide cut advertising.

I purchased the 10 day "C" cut. Per instructions, I sent the slide and barrel via Fed Ex shipping, insured and tracked. FedEx indicated the slide was delivered on December 1st (2 day shipping).

After 10 business days, I had heard nothing about the status of my order. I sent several emails requesting a status. If it was going to take longer, I would have been ok with it, I was just looking for communication. There was no way to speak to someone through the customer service number found on the website. Messages were not allowed and the pre-recorded message advised to send an email that would be responded too within 5 days. Never received a response to any of 3 emails.

I finally called the retail order telephone number and was able to speak to someone. They claimed the shipping package was not received until December 6th. 5 days after the shipper reporting delivery. Ok!! That would put completing the order by December 19th and a couple of days for shipping. The 23rd came and passed. Still no updates or confirmations. I continued to send emails and make calls for an update. The slide arrived on January 2nd. So an advertised 10-day program is actually 25 business days. I understand delays can happen, but I expect communication. So the Glock Store gets an "F" in customer service. However, I am pleased with the actual work so far. The reason for 2 stars.

STAY AWAY Glock store

This place is horrible spoke to CS took me an hour to get a hold of them they informed slide ten day optic cut starts when they ship it to get cut this is falsely advertised on the site no stipulations on that matter go to Nate wager at wager machine works don’t waste your time with any optics cuts from this shithole

Shipping sucks, trigger is great

Shipping sucks but what do you expect from usps. The trigger it's self is great. Oem parts polished with the corners knocked down. Trigger breaks at 3.1 to 3.7lbs. The average is 3.4lbs. Nice reset, and engagement. The skimmer that I received was better than expected. I will by another trigger soon

This is fraud, stay away from Glockstore.com

This is fraud, they took my money on 11/13/25, i’ve emailed and called, no response. I’m calling the credit card company to report this as fraud. I would never use this site, if it’s too good to be true than it isn’t. Stay away from glockstore.com, I’m not even sure they’re even a real company, it’s my first time using them.

Recievied the wrong part no response

Recievied the wrong part. Emailed Glock customer service 3 weeks ago. Then multiple.tries on the phone.
No response. After reviewing.others experience I guess three weeks.is nothing with this outfit.
Never again , they SUCK!

Don't shop with Glockstore.com

Placed an order online at glockstore.com on 10/31. Five of six items ordered arrived and order is marked partially fulfilled. Emailed inquiring about order status, most recently on 11/14. No response. Phone calls sit on hold for 10 minutes and then line is disconnected. I guess I'm out the $104.99 for the part I didn't receive. I hoped for better from one of the largest Glock dealers in the world. Buyer beware.
