Super Heavy Tungsten Guide Rod (JUNK)

If I had my way I would give Glock store parts a negative 5 stars. I purchased a super heavy tungsten guide rod for $89.95 for a Glock 22 Gen 5, after 13 months and approximately 1000 rounds later it's protruding 1/8" from the lower. I called the Glock store and was told the warranty is good for 12 months and I'm out the money. I've shot Glock pistols for over 30 years and never had a failure up until now with after market parts sold by Lenny McGill, his word is no good just like the junk he sells.
Do NOT purchase his substandard parts.

I paid $619.82 to have my Glock cut to accept a Holosun Optic that I also paid Glockstore for. They did not even test the Optic and it does not work! They refuse to do anything. I am starting to understand why they left their San Diego for back East because they are totally dishonest. My advise is that no one deals with Glockstore unless they want to be cheated.

I had a terrible experience with The Glock Store, which was both deceitful and frustrating. They falsely advertise products as "in stock" on their website, only to later reveal they have none available, a clear bait-and-switch tactic. My order for an allegedly available item was quickly followed by a notification of it being out of stock, and contacting them was a hassle as they only communicate via text messages.

Additionally, reputable manufacturers like Sig Sauer have severed ties with them over questionable business practices, a major red flag. Despite listing items as available, they fail to fulfill orders promptly, wasting customers' time and money. Other retailers had the product readily available, highlighting The Glock Store's inefficiency.

Avoid The Glock Store to spare yourself the trouble. Their dishonesty and poor service are not worth your time. This is a warning to steer clear of their business and spread the word about their unacceptable practices.

2 Great Builds from the Glockstore

My son and I took to slides and frames only into the Glockstore in Nashville. Dakota helped us 1st with showing us guns in the counter. Then piecing together 2 custom builds. They had all the custom parts we wanted in stock. Anything that wasn't in the showroom he called up from the warehouse. Once we had anything Dakota offered to have the gunsmith install all the parts while we waited. A short time latter we have 2 amazing shooting and awesome looking pistols. Thank you so much!!

sent in my slide to get plated . came back not looking like picture and have a spot that looks like the plating is thin and you can see like the black is bleeding threw, not shinny like picture and just like some people are saying ,they dont post the bad reviews .that should be against the law.

I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET A CERAKOTE FINISH ON A GLOCK 22 .40. PERSON IN THE STORE THAT WAITED ON ME WAS RUDE. I ASKED WHERE "LENNY" WAS. HIS RESPONSE. "ITS NOT MY DAY TO KEEP UP WITH HIM". I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH SENSE TO LEAVE. PURCHASED A GLOCK PLUG FOR THE 22 .40 AND NIGHT SIGHTS FOR GLOCK 43 X. SINCE I CAME 80 MILES. LEFT THE SLIDE ETC THEN GOT THE RUN AROUND. AVOID THIS PLACE AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO DO THE SAME. THE PEOPLE GIVING GOOD RATINGS SHOULD LOOK AT THE REAL RATINGS OF 1. WISH I HAD.

Bought a flat faced pyramid trigger. After a year of sore finger (visible blood blisters) I finally noticed that the safety went beyond the face. It either wore out in one year or has a manufacturing defect. They won’t do squat as I’m past the one year mark. Stay away from this place.

Lenny Magill is a snake oil pedaler -- does not care if products will work

Was told 2 products would work in my gun. I ordered the two items, a threaded barrel and compensator, to make the recoil lighter on my wrist. Right after ordering I had 2 medical problems that prevented me shooting. The barrel with compensator will not function with my gun, and no one knows how to solve the problem. I went beyond the 30 day return limit because of medical issues. I explained that and that I was not returning the products because I didn't like them, but it was because they will not work. They responded in a way that shows they don't care that the product doesn't work, because it is over their 30day limit.

Purchased a Double Diamond barrel and…

Purchased a Double Diamond barrel and comp for the G48 as a matched set. The comp didn't conform and presented a (huge) safety factor when holstering and drawing. Talked to someone that was supposed to be a armorer at the GS. He pretended it was a engineering flaw. It wasn't, more like poor quality of workmanship. I did get a RMA, with me paying the shipping cost. People it's a "buyer beware" site,and I hope nobody gets injured using their products.

I sent in my glock17 gen 5 then read reviews, lots of bad reviews on there but I was very satisfied with my experience I had them do the slide cut combo with the holosun scs I also had the cofin cut done and they cerakoted it in burnt bronze everything looked really nice the site was charged when j got it had no issues the cofin cut looks great and the cerakote finish is very nice. My honest review is I'm happy I did most of the ordering process by phone since I couldn't figure out how to do it online. I always got through by phone but sometimes I got disconnected and had to call back. But the people I spoke to on the phone where all very helpful and patient with me they got this done for me without thier help I might have ordered something I'd be less satisfied with but because of excellent help over the phone I got exactly what I expected and am very satisfied

Don't spend one stinking nickel of your hard-earned money until you've read my review.. I want to put some extra nice accents on my glock 42 I ordered a chrome kit from them which included the slide lock lever the slide lock release pin trigger pin and trigger housing pin and they came out absolutely beautiful I also ordered a bag plate engraved with stars and stripes and it came out beautiful and then I wanted to add a copper mag extension to match my monarch trigger and plus two mag extension.. the whole process was extremely confusing they gave me the wrong information about how the process finished would come out when I wanted a polished aluminum then I finally decided on the cerakote copper and explain my copper parts to the supposed head of customer service name Diane who turned out to be one of the most inept human beings I've ever dealt with in my entire life of customer service experience ever hands down! She made the mistake in ordering the wrong part she put the wrong number in I explained I wanted copper! And she sends me this piece that looks like brown-dried dog s*** Brown! and I get back with them and they say no sorry that's on you that's what you order blah blah blah and long story short they're not giving me the the refund that I'm entitled to since they order the wrong part I was told by multiple employees there that it was her that ordered the wrong part that it was very obvious the color you wanted and she made the mistake and she didn't live up to it and it's been nothing but a total nightmare disaster! My gun came out beautiful but because of this horrible horrible disgusting customer service experience that has left the most disgusting taste in my mouth that I've ever experienced! I will never ever do business with them again and I highly encourage you to do the same.. and then they had the nerve to tell me that because of my rude emails and my hostile Manor toward their staff that they would prefer I take my business elsewhere! You know what kiss me where the sun don't shine! It's your s***** service that got me mad in the first place! And then you make me look like the bad guy cuz you screwed up the whole thing to start with! What a joke of a company! I don't know how the freak you sleep at night ripping people off you can't even live up to your own mistakes! That's the worst kind of people ever! You could have done thousands upon thousands of dollars of business with me but over a $75 part you decide you're going to stand your dumbass ground and lose a customer for life along with the 1000' of other's that are going to read this review!.. you people have raised my blood pressure Way beyond where it should be because that's how s***** you make people feel!!.. once again I would tell you have a nice day but I would be lying! Dont Follow Their Own Policies 7-10 Days for Returns, Punish Customers, Keeps Money

Terrible place. Placed numerous orders with two shipping options given. USPS Priority for $8 or Fedex Express 3 day for $10. All the orders I paid the extra for Fedex, yet they shipped all of them by USPS and kept my difference in shipping price. I had to fight them numerous emails to finally get the difference in shipping refunded. Now I am dealing with them on returns. They have had 3 returns delivered a month ago and no refund or acknowledgement that its being processed. I decided to dispute all 3 orders on my credit card showing proof of return to their address. Still waiting for that process to go through but in the meantime the Glockstore has conveniently removed my login information so I can no longer follow my return status, place future orders, etc. Clearly done because I disputed the charges. Talk about very poor customer service. First stealing money by shipping a cheaper method than what was paid for, not processing returns within their 7-10 day policy, then deleting your online access when you dispute the charges for items returned and in their possession. Never again!

it took over a month to get a part that they said was in stock. I returned it and it's been six weeks I have been waiting for a refund. This has been going on for three months. They have no shame, and they do not care about you.

March 4, 2023 we drove 200 miles to Nashville to purchase a pyramid trigger for my 43x. Picked the colors i wanted, was told they didn't have in it stock. Was told that if it was a weekday it would only take 15-20 min. to put the trigger together and if i ordered it they would put it together Monday and ship it to me, since it was over $100 no shipping and 3 day delivery. They required an E-mail, immediately they started flooding me with spam so I unsubscribed. The next week i did not receive an E-mail to confirm shipment so i assumed it was because I unsubscribed. March 9, 2023 I called to see if my trigger was shipped, I was told that there was 1 in a box ready to be shipped but would not tell me if it was mine. March 17, 2023 I call to check on my trigger, and was told it just came back in stock and they would ship in 5-7 days. During this waiting period they did not charge my account, but I was frustrated because I felt like I had been deceived and I canceled the order. Immediately they charged my account for the trigger. What the is wrong with this picture.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Con artists. Extortionists. I apparently ordered the wrong barrel due to misinformation on their website the very rude customer service woman insulted my intelligence. They force me to spend the money to return the product and then they claimed I used it however it says on the packaging it was not compatible with the property I have. Fast forward 3 weeks later and they have not even processed my return refund. It is now march 27 and Ive not received my refund when my order was placed Feb 19.

Absolutely just bad customer service

Absolutely just bad customer service. I made an order for 2 SIG 17rounds magazines that showed in stock. After I ordered they emailed me stating it was pending. I waited over 3 months, called twice, and finally asked for a refund. They did do the refund fast as I told them, if I didn't see anything in a week I would call the credit card company. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them... Such a shame as they put out great videos online.. Anyone would think they would be a reputable online store.. NOT THE CASE! Go elsewhere...

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! And horrible shipping policy! They tell you a shipping date and never follow through with it! I paid extra for FedEx and they shipped it USPS, when I called in I was told that they reserve the right to ship with USPS if they feel it is faster however they still charge you for FedEx!! Hold times to speak with a representative are horrible and long! I was disconnected today 2 times after a 20 minute hold only to call back and and hold for another 20 minutes. I have made 3 phone calls to this company over 3 days only to be given 3 different stories about their shipping policies! What a joke! First and last time doing business with them, and will NOT refer anyone to this company. Run as far from this company as possible unless you like being jerked around! Imagine paying for FedEx and you get snail mail with less accountability like FedEx has 👎 👎! Forget about getting to speak with a manager you will be told you’ll get a return phone call that never happens! I already know the topic of my podcast! It appears to me that the owner of this company has no clue what’s going on with his customer service department! Do your homework and shop the internet there are other companies out their that have better customer service and better shipping policies!
