Very unresponsive
Very unresponsive. They wait more than 4 days after the order was placed.
They will not ship your order online until you call their CS which will put on hold for more than 30 minutes. Beside I also left them an email regarding my order status. No reply after 5 days later after I made a call.
If I didn't call. They probably will never ship the order. Yet, they charge my CC in less than 24 hrs.
Really bad online store. Stay away.

They were very rude to myself and a few of my friends and family, it just took a few conversations with other Glock owners to see that absolutely none of us would purchase anything from this outfit again. I rarely give negative feedback but in this case it’s warranted.

The entire experience at the Nashville Location was awful. Rude staff, no one to help you as the staff just sits there. Ordered gun to be delivered to the store while in the store. Charged credit card immediately and never called to say gun was in. When arriving at the store no one will help you. The worst customer experience and attitude. An awful experience. Do not recommend this store.

Brian took care of getting me the right red dots and sights for my Glock 30sf and my Glock 17. He took his time went over the devices with me and ensured me that I had the best red dots and sights for my pistol and ensured the changes was submitted to the custom dept.
This made my life a lot easier. Again Brian K professionalism, skill set, and attention to detail caught multiple errors within my order which long term save me time and money.

I placed an order, and an email said they had a problem with it, and to send a copy of my driver's license and credit card (only last 3 digits exposed). I didn't want to do that without verifying it wasn't a phishing email. So, I called their customer service, was on hold for an hour, and then got a message that they were now closed. This was dead smack in the middle of their business day out there. Don't ignore all the negative reviews of this company and their customer service. You'll do so at your own peril. I did get a notice that the order had been cancelled.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. A nightmare to deal with, it took two months to ship out a laser sight I bought my cousin for christmas. He didn't get it in time. When I finally got it, it wasn't even the right part and their fabulous 30 day return policy ensured I couldn't even return the product since they took their sweet time delivering. I ordered from Amazon and got the right part literally the next day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. They deserve to go under. I can't believe they're using glock's good name to get traffic through their website and have the audacity to give such subpar service. You will never reach someone on the phone so good luck ever getting help on anything. F*** this place

I wish I had searched reviews before placing my order.
I was lured in by the MCK video so placed an order including a new Glock 22. The first email was verifying the order and the second was the "out of stock" email. I started following the website to follow the order fulfillment as I do with the other gun vendors I frequent. Reaching a human is IMPOSSIBLE! I've emailed and called several times without reaching a customer service person. I called customer service again on Monday at 5:00 EST. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes, listening to the endless sales, I'm told that the store is closed practically in the middle of their workday. I believe this site is a scam looking for unsuspecting Glock owners to rip off!

My advice: check other options.
Glock Store have a huge marketing force, but not supported by a real service and client focus.

I placed an order on 12/08/21 the site stated all items were in stock I received an DO NOT REPLY email stating they were on back order after 30 days My money would be refunded I made several dozen phone calls the recording said the mail box is full good by the one time I did get through I told the guy I wanted to cancel My order HE HUNG UP ON ME ! every email I sent went without reply Lenny McGill you and Your store suck!
Lied to me
Sent in my Glock 19 slide to be machined and red dot installed. During the process enough heat was generated to damage firing pin channel liner. When I got the slide back the sticker/firing pin wold not go into the channel. I have another GLOCK 19 and tried to put the sticker from that G19 slide with same results. Now I had to send the slide back and a week later they sent the gun back saying the spring cups on firing pin assembly were mis aligned. BS I tried the assembly with another G19 firing pin. This was a CYA lie on their part to deny the fact they made a mistake. I got the slide back and it worked but why did they Lie? Their Glock parts are WAY over priced. Do the research. As much as 50% higher than other retailers.
