Never got the shoes and payment was processed. Very disappointing.

SCAMMERS! I have not gotten my product nor a refund. I have 18 emails in to them currently. I am going to file a complaint with attorney general.

Their processing of my order was incorrect (they sent both wrong size and color shoe). In my effort to rectify their issue, their service team told me that, as per their policy, they would send me the correct ones for an additional $9.22 to cover shipping. What kind of business are they running? This breach of sale has turned into distortion. Warning to future customers - good luck getting what you're actually in desire of... you are at the whim of their processing facility.

Also, their sizing of these shoes are grossly incorrect (way too large).

I placed an order on 16th June and still no shoes have arrived. These will not even fit my daughter if they do ever show up. They are refusing to refund my purchase and keep telling me the shoes will arrive in the next 7 days. 3 months....not good enough.

I have not received these little cute shoes yet. I ordered on August 24th. I’m sure I’ll love them once I get them.

I think this company may be a blatant scam. They sent me the wrong products -- not the sizes I ordered at all -- and then tried to extort more money out of me for additional shipping to send the stuff I ordered the first time. It's either intentional fraud, or the worst customer service EVER.

Awful! Wrong color and wrong size sent to me. Made me pay for shipping to get the correct size sent to me. Even after paying them a second time they only agreed to send me 1 of the two pairs I originally ordered despite both pairs I originally ordered being the wrong size and color. Took weeks to get communication achieved with this company. Not helpful. Still haven’t received the correct pair.

My husband ordered shoes for my daughter in 6-12 months, after a delay we finally received them but in the wrong size. He reached out to the company and they said they'd replace the shoes but we have to pay for shipping. Since this was an error on their part, we refused. They said it's their policy, however nothing in their shipping/return policy online states this. It says"100% satisfaction guaranteed" with nothing about their additional shipping fees. There was a lot of back and forth, this company is very unprofessional, and refuses to waive the shipping fee or send a pre-paid shipping label so we can return the incorrect pair. Terrible, unprofessional "business".

Absolutely appalling customer service. Will not refund if the style not liked, worst online experience this lockdown.

9 weeks still no shoes. No tracking number. No decent response from their terrible customer service via email. Opened case with pay pal and recieved a full refund from them.
If you've paid with pay pal or your credit card do a charge back or open a case with paypal resolution centre. They're aware of this scam company. Hope this helps

This company is a scam. They create the tracking number for the order and never send it. They will take your money! There’s lots of other brands with the same shoes on amazon that aren’t fraudulent. I posted a comment on their Facebook page asking about my order and they deleted it. Do not purchase from them!

Sent wrong size, refused to pay for the return. Also want me to pay a new postage fee for the correct size.
Price does not match the quality. They are about £5 worth of shoes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible company. They don’t accept any returns & don’t actually deliver the items. They don’t respond to any emails or questions on social media. They also ship directly from China

Claimed that canada post had recieved the shipment and was delayed but all they had was electronic shipment information (meaning a shipping label was made), no package actually existed. Asked for a refund and they said they don't offer refunds, what kind of reputable company doesn't offer refunds? Anyways had to go through my banks fraud department to reverse the charge in the end.

I ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of June, I got the tracking number and the shoes arrived to the UK (I did not know they came from China). Once in the UK, one of the tracking updates was that the parcel was damaged and returned to sender. Last update is from 13th of July about returning the parcel to the sender (more than a month ago now). Since then I was in contact with customer service, very bad customer service, they don't always replay to emails (the only possible contact with them by the way) and if they do they refuse to answer my questions, they only say that I will receive the parcel and do not give other options like a refund. They use the excuse of COVID-19 all the time but it is not true. This company is a fake and it is making money out of all of us. If someone knows how to take this further I would be very happy to help. DON'T WASTE TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!

Please report this company to the FTC or Better Business Bureau as I have - its the only way they will be held accountable for their shady business practices. They are not upfront that their product ships directly from China nor that it could take weeks or even months to ship you your order. They delete any negative comments on social media so it is difficult to warn future customers. They have promised multiple people refunds and no one receives. I finally placed a transaction dispute with my credit card company to try to rectify the issue.

This company is a scam. They sent the wrong sizes. They asked me to prove it with measurements, which I did. Then they said I could pay more (shipping) to have them send the correct size, or I could pay to ship the shoes back and get a refund. When I told them I don't wish to pay more money to get the correct order, they said "So sorry, this is our policy. You should have read it." No where in the policy does it say, if we send the wrong item, you are responsible to pay for shipping to correct our mistake.
The really shady thing is, they delete negative reviews on their site and on social media. They blocked me from writing an honest review, so it appears they only have happy customers. I usually rely on reviews for online purchases, so this was a lesson for me.

Shoes sent wrong size. Stated they would respond but 2 months later mot arrived. Refuse to refund or resend and keep being told to wait 1-7 days! Now blocked on social media!!!
