I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I really felt like I had to. We bought a dress from Glory Connection online for my daughter to wear to our Easter family dinner, and when it arrived it was a little too small. We had about a week until the event and the next size wasn’t available on the website anymore, so the stress started building up fast.

I contacted customer service not really sure they’d be able to help, and honestly I was so relieved that I did. From the very first response they were warm, attentive, and clearly took the situation seriously.
They tracked down the right size, got it sent to us quickly and made returning the original dress completely painless. What felt like it was about to become a real headache ended up being handled so smoothly that the whole thing barely felt like a problem at all. And when the right size finally arrived, the dress was exactly as it looked in the photos. The color, the fabric everything matched perfectly. My daughter looked beautiful and we were so happy with it! Good customer service online is genuinely hard to find, and what we experienced with GC was something else entirely. They really came through for us and I won’t forget it. That kind of care stays with you!

I honestly didn’t expect much from my first order with glory connection but I was completely blown away. Shop pay made checkout instant delivery was super fast and the dress fit like it was made just for me!! Obsessed🖤

Please never ever buy clothes from this company is very bad cuality and very bad customer service and you try to return something they don’t give you money back they do credit store walmart have better cuality clothes please not waste you money and you time w this company

The dress is perfect and the packaging was stunning.

This company, GLORY CONNECTION, is absolutely NOT trustworthy.

They took my money, and it took three months for my order to arrive. I ordered a white blouse in size XL, but they sent me a Medium instead.

To make things worse, they told me I only had four hours from the moment of delivery to take the item to the post office and ship it back. That is completely unrealistic, and I did not have enough time to return it.

The quality and material are nothing like what they show in their photos. What you receive is totally different. It’s very clear that this company is disorganized and unprofessional.

I basically threw $90 in the trash because of their practices.
Please do not trust this page or this company. If you see them on Instagram, I strongly recommend blocking them and saving your money!!!!

Terrible experience! Never again -I ordered a coat that the quality looked nothing like the picture and I paid extra for express delivery- it took over a month to come !!! Then when I went to return - they use the excuse that it was a sale item - merchandise credit only - when u check every item says sale ! $691 what a waste of money - they are NOT credited by the Better Business Bureau!

This company is trash DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS They ARE GARBAGE. Customer service is even worst. I have never ever encountered such horrible customer service. Run the other way trust me you will regret it.

The most trifling company I’ve ever dealt with. Never received my package. The company keeps giving me excuses for one month. The package was in transit for over one month and never reached me. I’m out of my purchase and my money. Run and don’t buy anything from Glory Connection

The worst company ever with the worst service. I ordered two dresses in February: one arrived a month and a half later, and the other never arrived. Their support is only available through email. When I reached out, to my surprise they claimed both dresses were in the same package. I proved they weren’t, because the delivery package was so small it could only fit one dress. There was simply no room for a second one.

They reimbursed me with a gift card. I used it to order another dress, but it was never delivered. When I contacted them a month and a half later, they said, “Oh, we’re sorry, it’s out of stock.” Really?! Why didn’t they inform me right away, instead of waiting until I had to figure it out myself? What if I never reached out? Again, they gave me a gift card as reimbursement.

And silly me, I ordered two more dresses and paid an extra $100 out of pocket. One arrived almost two months later—and it was awful. Very cheap quality, cheap material, not what was shown on the website, the size was larger, the design was different, and overall just terrible quality.

I contacted them again, and they told me: “We do not issue refunds or accept returns for gift card purchases.” REALLY?! That’s insane. I paid real money, and they’re the ones who messed up and forced me into using their gift cards!

This is truly the worst service ever. Never, ever buy anything from!!! So frustrating!!

So to update my previous complaint; I only received one of the 2 shirts I ordered.Jessica, the sustainer service rep,I’ve been dealing with had the nerve to tell me they would give me a store credit and a 20% coupon as if I would dare do business with them again. Turns out the other one was “out of stock.’ No one bothered to tell me. I went online and was able to add the shirt they said was out of stock to my cart with no problem. Bottom line is they’re selling sizes on the site, knowing it’s out of stock and you’ll never get it. I will update here when I get my refund back to PayPal.

I looked up dolce Gabbana look-alike dress. There were a few that popped up at this one looked the most accurate. For $110. I feel like it was a great purchase. It’s never gonna be the original, but I thought the material was quite nicer than I expected to be honest and I have designer dresses. I think it did a solid as far as looking like a cabana dress everybody loves it and it’s comfortable. I really don’t have anything negative to say. It was $110. I got what I paid for and I enjoyed the dress.
As far as shipping goes, I received it within 10 days. No problems at all.

I was " interested" in what appeared to be elegant outfits for special occasions, However based on your reviews and " failure to acknowledge your customers concerns - I am passing and supporting a company that "acknowledges and responds and respects there customers

Do not trust this company!! Sizes are not accurate and they didn't send my total purchases. Having problems with them responding. Should not be allowed to advertise at all

If I could give zero Stars I would. I ordered a dress for an event a week and a half ahead of time. I paid for express shipping. Their website says the order will process in 1 to 3 days and express shipping was 1 to 3 days. I should have had time before the event. The dress was finally shipped 3 weeks after my event and over a month after the order. I repeatedly requested that they canceled the order and provide me with a refund. They stated they could not canceled the order because it was already processed and I would have to wait until I received it. Once I received it I emailed them immediately and let them know that I wanted a full refund and my money returned that I paid for Express shipping. They responded and asked if I would like to exchange the product and they wouldn't be happy to do that for me. I again stated that I wanted a refund for the dress and also for shipping. To date this issue still has not been resolved.

Terrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a dress and received a different dress from that was advertised. Glory Connection tried to give me a store credit, and I said absolutely not! You sent me an incorrect product. They also wanted me to pay for the return shipping, which cost me $17! They finally agreed to refund my credit card and $15 for shipping, but have not to date refunded me in full. After over 1 1/2 months I still have not received the $15 that they agreed to pay for shipping. I have sent emails over and over again and still no resolution.

worst experience of my life paid so much for a jacket and it wasn’t even like the picture of description. i have returned the item still not received my money back. this fraud company should be banned i would not recommend this company at all. the customer service is the worst never get a respond back if you do it’s a very vague response. i will be fighting for my money back now and companies like these should never be allowed to sell anything.

Do not buy! I requested an exchange for a different size and had to pay over $20 to return it!!!!
