My experience with Glory Connections was great!

I'm writing this review so that other potential Glory Connection customers can read about my experience. I, too, read all of the negative reviews. What was worse was that I read them after purchasing the Alexis Faux Mink Fur Coat, and boy, was I worried. I ordered the coat on Valentine's Day and watched the tracking information. I even emailed their customer service twice to get status updates. The customer service rep, Jessica, responded both times within 24 hours, giving me the latest delivery status and assuring me the coat would be delivered in time for a trip I'm taking. I couldn't be happier! It's exactly what I ordered. It's well-made and fits perfectly! The material is beautiful and soft. It looks and feels like mink. Even my sister, a faux fur coat collector, was jealous! And she has 7 faux fur coats. I just wanted you to know that my experience was great. I don't know about their other products, but I highly recommend the Alexis Faux Mink Fur Coat! If you've been looking for a faux mink coat, buy this one. PS...I'm wearing it right now because it is so warm and luxurious feeling. For reference, I'm a 69-year-old woman, 5'2", 175lbs, and lives in Oregon.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I rushed to return my items within the 14 day window, paying for the shipping fee on my own and then never got refunded. I reached out and they told me since I never gave them the tracking number they cannot refund me. Seriously?! It’s 2025, there are more effective ways to run your business.

Ordered a blazer in extra large attempted for 6 months to make arrangements to exchange and no response. This company is a scam and not to be used. Do not order from this site. Many reviews with the same issue. Pay pal is protecting them knowing that they are badly accredited with BBB

Made my birthday perfect

The customer service was amazing. I made a mistake with my order, but when I reached out, they quickly fixed it and made sure my package arrived just in time for my birthday. The dress I ordered was a huge hit and everyone at the event gave me so many compliments! Thanks you for making my day special, I will definitely shop here again.

A Little White Labelling Goin’ On!

This company is white labelling items off of Ali Express in China. Items ordered take weeks to arrive, because they are being shipped from China. You can track your item on Yun Express. The items being sold are 3-4x the price listed on AE. The company promises a full return, however, that is not true, they will send you a gift card once they have received your return, so that you can buy something else they are getting from Ali Express at four times the price.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! The quality is poor and I’m requesting a return for days now and they’re just replying with runaround but leaving out the return address which I’ve requested 10x now. I’m just going to file a complain with PayPal.

I wanted to cancel my order right after…

I wanted to cancel my order right after I read the reviews on here, two minutes after I paid for the dress. They got back to me 4 days later and said that the dress has been shipped already and they can’t give me the money back anymore. I emailed them back with my concern with the reviews and they emailed back right away! They waited till the dress shipped to answer so they cannot just stop the order.

The dress arrived. The material is very cheap, weirdly sits in the front, the belt is plastic and cheap looking and it’s see through. I would pay $10 for it! I wish I could find the website where they actually got all these pictures of the dresses from. I would love them all. But dresses from this website are really really cheap

Don't be fooled!

Their website shows very nice clothing and fun styles. I ordered something and spent almost $300. plus additional shipping fee to get it fast. The order sat there going nowhere. I sent an email asking them to cancel the order as I no longer needed it and they wouldn't do it. They said I only have 4 hours after ordering when I can cancel. Wow. They also said it was already in processing, which it was not.
I've had about enough of scammers and liars. I contacted my bank, and they have placed a dispute on it. Of course, they will never respond to my bank so at least I don't have to lose my money.
Stay away, don't be fooled by their flashy designs!

My experience was a 2 star at best. I ordered 2 items over $170 with the discount code otherwise it was $ 200. Very long wait time for one item to arrive, over a month. Tracking information was completely wrong i had to email the company to receive an updated and correct tracking number. When I finally received the items they were made in poor fabric there is some yellowing on a white blouse and does not fit. The second item is also terrible fabric and no where near the length advertised as well as cheaply assembled. I'll have to take them into my alterations/dry cleaning to see what she can do with them. As the return reviews are frightening!Very disappointed and highly overpriced for the poor materials/fabrics and assembly used.

Update after my purchase

I recently posted a negative review. However I did want to acknowledge although k never received my dress it did raise concerns after reading all the reviews. I quickly requested a refund and speaking with Jessica she politely accepted to refund my money in a timely manner. Needless to say 4 days later I did indeed receive a full refund. That was my experience with glory connection.

Horrible

Horrible. Lied about delivery times. Refused to cancel my order before it was even put together and boxed. Delivered my package 14 days later, no order status updates or tracking info, and now refuse to provide a pre paid return label, so I that have to pay to return the package after 14 days of emails back and forth about cancellation and refund. Scam.
*edit: now that they have received a returned package, they refuse to do a refund and play all kinds of tricks! Please, shut them down.

Liars and cheats. Would not give me back my money!

If I could give NO stars, I would. First, they sent me the wrong dress. Then, they made me pay for shipping "to be reimbursed up to $15" when I couldn't even get it that low at USPS. Then, I asked for my money back. They sent me another dress instead and kept my money. The dress they sent did not look like the website description. I sent pictures and said I was sending it back and then they said they WOULD NOT REFUND me because it was an exchange! Are you kidding?

This is the worst company that I have…

This is the worst company that I have ever delt with. Ordered a skirt on April 7th was told by customer service rep Jessica that I would recieve my order in 15 business days and here it is almost a whole month latter and still no skirt or even a word that it's coming. In-between this I again contacted customer service rep Jessica and was told my skirt was in quality control and being shipped but another crock of bull. Now she's trying to bribe me in to dropping my bad review with the Better Business Bureo and she'll give me a refund. I'm dealing with it in another way and I'm going to get my refund. Don't believe a word customer service Jessica says. They need to be honest with people that their items are coming out of China and take awhile to be delivered. Glory Connection needs to stop putting their customers thru this. They should be ashamed of themselves. They need to be shut down but they'll probibly just open back up under another name. Going to my event in 6 more days with a beautiful skirt that I got from a reputable company. Don't ever order from Glory Connection . Save yourself the headache. That was my first and last time. I'll make sure that I look at reviews before ordering from a new company. Glory Connection is awful

Terrible Customer Service - Terrible Return Policy

I ordered a dress for $150. The dress arrived late, was of poor quality, too small for its stated size, and looked like nothing in the photo. I reached out to return the item, but customer service was awful.

1. if you return the item, you pay the return shipment fee. So you keep paying for shipment fees back and forth until you give up and let them keep their store credit.
2. somehow, the dress was on sale, and the funds could not be returned. Store credit only.
3. Customer service tells me to let them know when the item has arrived in their facility—basically, I'm supposed to monitor the return shipment and let them know when they receive it. It made me feel like I was their warehouse manager.
4. Every interaction with their customer service was painful, as if I was dealing with an entitled, rude teenager.

What is this store? Could someone from the local BBB please investigate this place? Looks like they are scamming people.

Don't order from this place.

Ridiculous ask when theyve proven themselves so untrustworthy already and that's not how disputes work), I won dispute.

In short, don't buy from them

If I could give this company…ZERO stars I would!

If I could give this company 000000000000000000 stars I would. Sadly, I too will have to settle for adding mine to a long list of folks who have learned a very expensive lesson in dealing with deceptive clothing manufacturers. I, too, wish that I had thought to check with BBB/Trust Pilot before purchasing from a company that I had not done business with before.

I purchased two dresses for an event, both in size XL. The garments that arrived did look identical to what I ordered - so I guess that aspect of their scam is fairly random. However, they were clearly too small, and in no place on earth would they ever have been considered extra large!

And yes, like so many others, when I went to return the items, I was given a 'gift card code' instead of my refund, even though I returned it immediately. When I looked more closely at the return policy, I saw the fine print that 'sale' items were not eligible for return.

What the heck??? Since everything on their site virtually is 'on sale', that means these people lure you in with gorgeous pictures of clothing, a sleek website, but once you purchase something, they automatically get to keep your money...totally disgusting!

I should have known with the crazy return process (perfectly described in a previous review), that there would be a problem. I am now out $315.

This has proved to be an extremely expensive lesson for me. What have I learned that I can hope to help others with?

1. Never again will I shop at any store that does not have a real brick and mortar presence, unless I have already successfully done business with them in the past. Period, no exceptions.

2. Absolutely, under no circumstances purchase anything online, from anyone, without first checking thoroughly what their return policy is.

3. Only shop at trusted merchants. Sorry for the newer brands out there...I will not be giving you a chance.

There has to be a way to shut people like this down.
