I was very apprehensive about buying face foundation online but Glossier stretch fluid foundation got great reviews so the colour match service led me to buy the foundation. For years I have used Chantecaille future skin in Alabaster so entered that on the colour match. I was advised to buy the Glossier fluid foundation in light 2. This arrived a few days ago and to say it is not a match for my existing foundation barely begins to state the reality as frankly it is NOTHING like it at all and is unusable as it is far too dark. This purchase was a total waste of money and I was badly misled by Glossier’s colour match. It really amounts to misdescription to call it colour match. I would like to upload photos showing my Chantecaille shade against Glossier light 2 but cannot see any way to do this.

So my reason for 2 stars is I love glossiers aesthetic and they have great customer service when you need help with an order but that's as far as it goes with the good. I was a purchaser of their you perfume for a very very long time and once they became more popular they changed the formula (not for the better) completely watered it down with the smell of rubbing alcohol and RAISED the price for a new horrible product. Glossier for awhile refused to admit to the change though many people mentioned how bad the smell had become. What's even worse is they keep the glowing reviews of the old formula, which were amazing because it was soooo good, to sell the new bad formula. Completely dishonest. They also do not post reviews that are 1 star about the new formula change. Did not post mine or 2 of my family members and I got a run around about how my review may not have been appropriate though it was absolutely fine. Just talked about what I've mentioned here.

Exceptional customer service over email. Replies are quick. I found the website confusing and ordered the wrong colour. I didn’t realise there were the same shades in Tan etc. But they resolved my problem really fast and couldn’t recommend them more

I recently bought a sweatshirt from Glossier. I am a size small in every brand so I ordered an S. When it came it was huge, so I wanted to return it to get an XS. They sent me a very distasteful email saying they can’t do returns and to “pass it along to a friend” instead. This so disrespectful to say as I won’t just throw away an overpriced item just like that. NO WHERE on the product’s page does it say there are no refunds at all. After a lot of searching I found it on an FAQ page. This is false advertising and TERRIBLE customer service. I was a big fan of Glossier for years, never again…

placed an order at the beginning of December, we received the confirmation and track and trace code. reaching the actual delivery date, no parcel had been received and status was still in transit, so mailed to the customer service. Received an answer very quickly and a new order has been please, we are now 17 day further form the actual order date... and now had a mail that the order will be received the soonest within 12-16 days. So no presents for Xmas this year... I will never place an order at Glossier again, however customer service is very helpful and kind.
At last the order arrived and all thanks to the best customer service ever.

They're the best customer service I EVER talked to. I don't quite understand the reviews here because my experience was sooo good I came here to tell you about it (it's pretty rare for a brand to deserve a spontaneous positive review).
In short: they sent me my order but the parcel is not moving. I'm leaving the US in a few days so I reached out to them because I'll probably never receive it before leaving. They offered to send another one or to give me a refund. I asked for a refund, telling them it's too bad the 30% discount is not available anymore, because I would have run to the store to buy what I ordered in person. They offered me to do my purchases in-store and to send them my receipt so they can refund me of the 30% I had online during Black Friday (and they did today, 7min after I sent my receipt). It's not their fault that the package isn't moving or that I'll be leaving the US soon, but they handled my concern in the best possible way. A huge thank you to Rhonda, Ralita, Natascha and Vasilica, you're the absolute BEST <3

This company is a total scam. They take your money and never ship the products. When you contact customer service they send the same canned emails about not being able to locate the order number, even when the order number is provided. I would stay away from ordering from them.

Not at all happy have been purchasing for years. Spent £155 on perfume and a silver makeup bag for daughters birthday - when it arrived same day I asked for a return only of the silver make up bag as it was not quite what we expected - but customer service said I could not return it and I should have read the returns policy. They suggest my daughter should give it instead to her friends (!) £55 is a lot of money for make up bag, if I had known I could not return a makeup bag I would not have purchased. So buyers beware. This has entirely put me off ever ordering again from Glossier - they should do better.

I love their products, they are really something special, I have no complaints what so ever, the customer service, the offers they have everything was just perfect, will buy from them again!

I bought their Orange Blossom Neroli deodorant in June 2024 and it finished October 2024. I used it each night after showering. I'm not someone who works out or needs to shower twice a day. Not worth £18 in my opinion. It doesn't last a very long time. It's also not antiperspirant, the deodorant literally drips off. Although they are refills, not exactly environmentally friendly because the refills have a decent amount of plastic too. They smell amazing but it's a product that needs work. I think it would work better as a liquid roll-on instead of a waxy balm. A £3 Mitchum deodorant lasts me a whole year and a bit.

They are also hiding the reviews for this product on their website, hence why I'm posting on Trustpilot. When I click read more it duplicates the ones I've read. Dates of the reviews are also not in chronological order. I would be wary of this company. Not exactly practising what they preach.

This is my first time ordering from glossier, first of all, the package arrived very fast considering that I live in Europe, it arrived in a week, that's pretty insane, and shipping was free too. Second of all, I missed the free candle promotion by a day, I emailed the customer support asking if perhaps they could add the candle to my order, and they send me a gift card worth of the candle amount. I was super surprised, because I did not expect this at all. The customer support was very gracious and nice, and all of the products arrived nicely packaged and not damaged, all I can say is I'm incredibly impressed by Glossier and I will definitely be doing my Christmas shopping there.

My daughter wanted a water bottle - I signed up for a 15% discount for first order - I signed over my details & then at checkout it said the voucher wasn't valid for water bottles - don't sign up for the discount - it's a scam. I am not going to buy the bottle now - very annoying waste of time

I bought 3 products, their stretch concealer, the wowder and the skin tint and they are all amazing :)

Glossier offer the best customer care I have received in a very long time. They are super kind, they respond within less than 24h from the moment the ticket is raised (which is impressive at the very least), they are extremely helpful and engaging.

Alice in glossier in Covent Garden was amazing! She made my daughters birthday trip so memorable. She was so helpful, friendly and even wrote her a beautiful little personalised note and a beautiful little gift. Loved the experience. I would say this was far better than Sephora!!

Honestly they have the BEST customer service! I bought a solid perfume refill and it didn’t smell of anything unlike the others that I had purchased. I emailed their team with the order details and barcode of the solid perfume and they sent me a complementary one out two hours later!
I live their products and am so happy they have a great team working for them.

So I like some of their products and I don't like others, but that's personal preference. The ones I like, I LOVE! and whenever I've had any issues the customer support has been fantastic. I can't really fault them and I will continue to buy. I highly recommend their after balm, it's made my irritable face much calmer using it once a day in the evening. :)

Gemischte Gefühle. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger als die angekündigten 12 Werktage gedauert, aber das kann ich verkraften. Customer Support war freundlich und zügig. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, dass ich zwar beim Check-out die Option zur Verpackung in den bekannten pink pouches angeklickt, aber keine erhalten habe. Der Generation G Lippenstift ist in Ordnung, riecht aber komisch und hat eine eher feste, trockene Konsistenz. Future Dew ist eine nette Ergänzung zwischen Skincare und Makeup, aber kein Must-have. All in all: mehr hype als Qualität.
