Honestly they have the BEST customer service! I bought a solid perfume refill and it didn’t smell of anything unlike the others that I had purchased. I emailed their team with the order details and barcode of the solid perfume and they sent me a complementary one out two hours later!
I live their products and am so happy they have a great team working for them.

So I like some of their products and I don't like others, but that's personal preference. The ones I like, I LOVE! and whenever I've had any issues the customer support has been fantastic. I can't really fault them and I will continue to buy. I highly recommend their after balm, it's made my irritable face much calmer using it once a day in the evening. :)

Gemischte Gefühle. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger als die angekündigten 12 Werktage gedauert, aber das kann ich verkraften. Customer Support war freundlich und zügig. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, dass ich zwar beim Check-out die Option zur Verpackung in den bekannten pink pouches angeklickt, aber keine erhalten habe. Der Generation G Lippenstift ist in Ordnung, riecht aber komisch und hat eine eher feste, trockene Konsistenz. Future Dew ist eine nette Ergänzung zwischen Skincare und Makeup, aber kein Must-have. All in all: mehr hype als Qualität.

Jeg havde købt balm dot com trio’en tilbage i maj 2023. De skilte hurtigt pga den nye formular. Jeg har endelig kontaktet dem omkring det og fik pengene tilbage næsten et år efter.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I got some stretch fluid foundation from the London store - which I was patch tested for. When I tried it out at home, it was not a great match.

I emailed the team and they were quick at responding and sorting my issue out.

They are sending me a new shade of foundation at no extra cost! (After viewing my selfies and deciding on a better shade to try).

Not sure if it was the lighting in the store or what, but it’s okay because Glossier are always happy to help.

I'm from the UK and I don't know if it's just here, but Glossier provides the slowest deliveries that you would think the package is coming from Australia, yet there are warehouses in the UK! 3-5 business days and I'm on day 9 :) thanks glossier! P.S.. the product was allegedly shipped on the 20th and from previous purchases, it takes a day to be received by Royal Mail post shipment.

UPDATE: I emailed Glossier shortly after writing this review and they have sent a new order, they also responded very quickly so I will be adding an extra str.

The Glossier ‘You’ perfume, has seemed to have less scent and lasted far less than the previous bottle i had owned. The perfume packaging and bottle has always been simplistic and elegant however the formula has seemed to have changed recently. Very sad 😔

I placed an order on the 1st of February for the Glossier 'You' perfume. I live in Germany and unfortunately I couldn't find it here so my only option was the online shop. I was certain it would take ages to get here, but I figured why not. To my surprise I received an email on the same day that my order was shipped!
As it was a perfume and here they are very strickt about liquids etc. I got an email from my courier DHL on the 4th of February (3 days later) that my parcel has landed in Germany and that I should pay import sales tax and duties. Those were included with my order on the Glossier webside so I emailed their customer service immediately. It was a Sunday and to my surprise (again!) I got a response instantly.
The amount got credited back to me Monday morning.
This is one of the best online experiences I had with customer service ever.
I received my parcel on the 5th of February.
Absolutely amazing time for delivery and exquicite customer service! Not to mention that the perfume is divine.

Bestilte den 3 januar og den ankom 10 januar. (var sat til ankomst 9 januar men jeg kunne ændre det via DHL til dagen efter da jeg ikke var hjemme).
Varen var godt pakket ind og fik et klistermærke med men ikke min pink pouch så kontaktede dem, og fik en 5$ discount til min næste ordre. Alt i alt super service og produkter.

Love the perfume. Was delivered quickly. Had an issue with duties which they dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the experience.

Have placed an order 2 weeks ago and still do not have a clear status about it. I have contacted the company that will deliver in my country and they said they have not received the order yet. This is so frustrating not knowing when the package will arrive or even if it will. The maximum delivery time should be 7 business day as posted in their website and it is already 14...

Big fan of their makeup - whenever I've ordered it's been delivered on time so no complaints from me

I recently placed an order with Glossier. I was not provided a tracking number or confirmation email, so I contacted the company email about the order. I never heard back, no tracking was provided, but they did manage to charge my credit card. I guess they have that part of the process down, just the following through part they seem to struggle with.

I visited the London store in Covent Garden and tried their perfume Glossier You. The perfume lasted on my jacket for days (as it rubbed on my wrists), I purchased the big bottle, however the perfume I got last for less than an hour, In fact it barely smells, nobody can smell it on me, I was expecting loads of comliments :( I assume I got a perfume from a batch that is not a good quality. Very disappointed as I watch so many good reviews online and was expecting a long lasting perfume

On Octouber 10th I made my order, one ultralip (villa), one solid perfume and also a milky jelly cleanse (the small version). When finally my order arrived, It already has passed more than 1 month since the day that I order it. They said I would receive a pink pouch or whatever I didn't receive it, they didn't gave me not even one sample of anything. Terrible everything. The shades don't match the actual product, and also the perfume smells expired idk if that's how it's supposed to smell or what's going on. I was so excited that finally this brand was shipping all world, and since I was really young I wanted somth of this brand. Everything is just disappointing. Last week I sent them an e-mail telling them that I wanted to return the products, no response has arrived yet and I don't think will ever arrive. It's so sad that a brand like this has this quality. If anybody of the Glossier teem sees this my order number is GL16730120

A fabulous company-love their lip tints…and the perfume is a delight. Any issues are quickly resolved by really personable helpful staff….cant recommend enough 🤩
