Went into Glossier’s shop today in Covent Garden . The guy in there helped both my friend and I. Mentioned that my niece had wanted her name on her bag previously as it had my name on it instead and he kindly gave me a lip balm to give me brownie points with my niece. Such a lovely kind gesture. 10/10 service

I have honestly never left a review before but feel compelled to do so today. I am 64 yrs young. Throughout my whole life I have had oily skin and still do to this day! I also have hooded eyes. During my entire adult life I have tried to find an eyeshadow that would last all day on my oily, hooded lids. I have tried every eyeshadow and every primer know to man ( lol) and nothing worked until I found Glossier’s lidstar at my local Sephora. I am so incredibly happy with this product. It stays on my lid for up to 12 hrs with no primer needed. I have blue eyes and fair skin and use the colour Cub. I absolutely love it and am thrilled that I have finally found a long lasting shimmering eyeshadow that helps my eyes to pop behind my glasses. I won’t think twice about buying other eye colours and products from Glossier’s range. Thank you Glossier.

Awful service. Ordered something that I NEEDED to have by Friday (yesterday) and according to the tracking that would be the latest it would arrive. It arrived in Ireland and was through customs by Sunday but every day this week it said it would be delivered before the end of the day but never arrived. Towards the end of the week I was in a lot of contact with the shipping company and the depot even called me and promised it would be delivered Friday. I told them if it’s not here by friday evening it can be returned to sender as I won’t need it after that. Friday comes and I speak to three different people one of who was called Jean or June (not sure the other names) who all told me it was out for delivery. They said the driver would call me with a time, he never did, they said the depot would call me within an hour, they never did. I said I am sitting at the door waiting for it to arrive is it definitely coming today I really need it and was told to wait a bit longer it would definitely come. Surprise surprise it never came. Now it can be returned to sender and I won’t be using this company again.

I ordered from glossier and my courier sent my parcel to the wrong address, when I got into contact with customer services Jess was so lovely and resolved the issue straight away :)

I have used the lip balm for many years, it was the best balm, so why have they changed the formula!! It now leaves your lips drier than they were before using it, so unfortunately I will not be a customer anymore. Why change a product that was already a best seller ...so it can become vegan! Bye bye Glossier!

I used to love Glossier's brand but I don't know if it's just me, it seems like everything on this website now jumped an extra $5~7. While I understand inflation, this is a tremendous amount to the point where I felt like it's straight up price gouging.

Despite that, I ended up purchasing their Ultralip product and discovered the cap for the lipstick is so loose, it falls off in my bag constantly causing smudges and stains then I have to clean my bag. Even the most minute tug causes the cap to fall off. I'm disappointed to know I paid their higher prices and ended up with a product that seemingly has inferior packaging. As said, I used to love Glossier but with the current prices, there's other brands I could try for the same or less.

I've used Glossier products for years. I love the brand ethos, they're cruelty-free and customer service is great. I've only had good experiences with them :)

I tried Glossier in the hope to find a very sheer tinted foundation. I tried the Perfecting Skin Tint + Stretch Concealer Duo and love both products. The stretch concealer is excellent when my skin isn’t behaving itself. My only criticism, and I don’t think it is the product….is I cannot for love or money get it to stay on my nose without separating. It’s a problem I have had for years, tried everything. Very slowly getting used to the brow products after years of using a pencil!

I don’t often write reviews but I have to say the customer service at Glossier is fantastic. I ordered some products for holiday next day delivery but unfortunately they didn’t get to me in time- one email to glossier after a 3 or 4 later days and they immediately offered a refund or new shipment free of charge. The person I spoke to was so helpful and pleasant. The products didn’t arrive on time for holiday but I did come back to 2 packages from them which was a lovely surprise! I’ve had some really bad experiences with online companies recently, so even though I didn’t get what I needed in time, their response rate and solution to my issue was such a refreshing change to the usual “not my problem” response (hello charlotte tilbury and asos) that I’ve had in the past. Thanks team Glossier- not only do I love your products but your customer service is spot on.

I still love glossier products three years on, and I actually like the new Balm dotcom formula. Wish they'd bring swiss miss and the cookie flavour back. Packaging was actually so secure for the new balm (i got fig scented) it survived a cycle in the washing machine 🤣

I have been using glossier products since they launced, and loved every single product. I've been using super glow as part of my skincare routine for my wedding along with their cleanser, but superglow has been out of stock for months now and my skin is in total breakout as I try find a new vitamin c serum to replace superglow. Glossier should not encourage their customers to create skincare routines using their products if they cannot reasonably and consistently keep them in stock! Poor customer experience causing alot of annoyance for me.

La livraison était retardée de trois jours tous les trois jours pendant deux semaines, une fois arrivée le gloss n'était emballé que dans un pauvre récéptacle en carton abimé par le trajet : 30 euros pour un service de si pauvre qualité, franchement, c'est déplorable. Jamais plus chez GLOSSIER. Je demande remboursement pour publicité mensongère ou je renvoie le produit.

I just ordered a bulk of boy brow because I can't live without it. But they ship using UPS which is so unbelievably unrelieable, and this time is no exception unfortunately.

I have tried and loved some products from Glossier. I'd like to try more, concealer etc. but wish they were available in Sephora DK. I won't shop when shipped with UPS no more :( dpd, dhl or some other would be good.

Great products, real shame about the unnecessarily huge cardboard boxes and fresh air that they are shipping around the world!! A small padded envelope would have been fine to ship my mascara in rather than a box the size of a baby. This is now the second time this has happened with their products and not like I can easily buy them from a local department store or Boots.
Really disappointed on their sustainability ethos.

Horrible company to do business with, and I never will again. I ordered back in early March. Three weeks later, and I still do not have a tracking number for shipping. They do not have a customer service telephone number, so you are forced to communicate with them by email. They take forever to respond, and each time they do, I’m getting a message that says “they are doing inventory, and thank you for my patience“ I actually needed this for a gift for an event that is already over, so I’m not really sure how “patient” they expect me to be . I’ve had to resort to PayPal now to try and get my money back.
