Glossier has the best customer service of any company I have ever purchased from. They respond quickly they understand and are so helpful. These products are amazing and the customer service is top tier. I cannot recommend highly enough!!

Terrible company possibly fraudulent. Ordered back in oct 22, twice my product has failed to be delivered now seeking refund.

I have bought from them in the past and I liked the products I purchased. However, I reached out to the them yesterday with the following question:Are your products, particularly make-up made in China?
Here is the response I received: Thanks for reaching out! Manufacture locations vary by product, and you can find this information listed on each products' packaging.If you're curious about a specific item and aren't able to check the details on the packaging, just let me know! I'll be happy to provide more details. I wrote back for a follow-up saying:Let me try a different way. Are any of your products manufactured in China?
No response... The lack of tranparency is very unfortunate. Clearly they don't want to disclose the information. I guess I won't buy from them again. A company that tries to make it difficult to find information about their product does not deserve my trust. After reading several of the reviews, I am not alone

(UK based here) I've always ordered bits from Glossier and even popped into their London store and the customer service is always so helpful, quick and they really do their best. The products are clean ingredients, fun and definitely a staple to try for everyone!

I'm new to glossier but have heard alot about it so tried out their lip balms (rose, Cookie dough and cake batter) I like the pink packaging it came in and the balms are lovely so would purchase again. Knocked down one star as I thought it would be bigger considering the price and you have to warm it up each time as due to the cold weather it's a struggle to squeeze it out of the tube.

lovely products. I recently bought some glossier balms and they’re so hydrating and great quality. I just wish they’d restock Swiss miss and cherry balms because they are so good!

I bought the cloud paint, brow gel and lip gloss. I have given 3 stars as I like the actual products but the packaging is poor quality especially given the price point. The cloud paint uncontrollably pours out the tube whenever it is opened resulting in a lot of waste product. The brow gel and lip gloss also feel very cheap.

I have been a fan of Glossier for a while.I first bought Perfecting Skin Tint + Stretch Concealer back in December 2019 and have been blocked ever since. The skin tint matches my skin perfectly and the concealer is amazing. Recently ordered a couple of items including the lip balms which smell amazing! The mango one 👌🏾*chef’s kiss*
My experience with customer service has been amazing, Jessica responded to my email in an timely manner and resolved my query fairly quickly.

Would I recommend Glossier? Absolutely
Will purchase from Glossier again? Heck yes!

I ordered items on 24 Nov from Glossier UK. Items were sent with incorrect Customs details, and the shipping company would not release them without an update from the company. Have emailed Glossier repeatedly with no response, and now I see the courier company has shipped it back to Glossier. Without any reaction from Glossier, I cannot get a refund or have the items delivered.

Shocking service from a company I have engaged with multiple times beforehand with no issues.

Update: Glossier finally reached out after 10 days and the individual assigned to the case worked hard to resolve the issue with the items finally been delivered 32 days after ordering (I’ve updated to two stars as the customer service representative was so helpful).

Outstanding customer service. Quick responses and very willing to help!

Glossier is very hyped and I get it, their products look cute and serve their functions well. However, the snail-mail method is LITERALLY next-level slow (think the early 1900s) - honestly causing my disappointment in the brand. I ordered on November 28 and my package still hasn't been shipped out (today is December 12). My order is GL14696105.

Realistically, I know it's the cause of Black Friday sales and Cyber Monday sales that are causing the companies to ship out later, but every order I placed after this has already arrived by now. I know this one makeup company that is known for super slow delivery as well, and I ordered it a week after my Glossier order, and it already came today.

While waiting for my order to ship out, one of my products went out of stock - I was anticipating this as I emailed a week ago on when they'd ship and they said: "it was still being processed at the fulfillment center". *Insert eye-roll*. They've refunded that, which is great, but I really wanted that product. I decided to give it another week for them to ship out my order.

This was my first purchase and will be my last. Horrible services, and too slow to be considered acceptable. This isn't some small-scale company - they can do way better than this. Don't shop from this company if you want your stuff to arrive on standard time (that being 5-10 business days). It's been 11 business days/15 days of them not shipping out my order. Customer service is of no help either. Now I'm just worried if other products will go out of stock while they relish in delays. :/

Officially fed up with this company. I still haven't received the order and the holidays are so close. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Never will be ordering from this company, NEVER again. I've had an overseas shipment come in faster than this snail mail company. The fact that I'm in New York and they're in Illinois, and it's taking almost a month to get my stuff - I'm not even sure I'll be getting anything. Why is this company even hyped - I'm SO confused.

WORST customer service ever!!! Took 7 days to get back to me. No order confirmation, and absolutely no customer care. Can't believe how many 5 stars reviews they had???!! What the heck happened?? Because they SUCK.

Non existent customer service and no communication. My first experience with this company and it will be my last. Placed an order and NEVER received the items, I sent email after email (week after week) to customer service inquiring what happened to my order and would my money be refunded. It's not a small amount of money as it was several gifts for friends. I even emailed headquarters after not receiving any responses from customer service! Nothing, again no response! I am now forced to contact the BBB to try to get this resolved. Unless an order takes 6 months to receive, I was robbed of my money. What a shame this company has turned into. I read stories like this how it was going down hill but didn't believe them. Until I placed my order and saw for myself.

Made an account and ordered a product 2 weeks ago. I like to track my orders but now I can't tell if this website is a scam or not because it says my email isn't an account with them even though I have emails from them and when I even try to make a new account with that email the website just loads and goes right back to the "create account" page. Doesn't say the email exists or anything. Wouldn't order from them again and just hoping I even get my package!!

I’ve ordered the items but have not even had an acknowledgement of the order. I’ve emailed them twice and had no response and sent them a screenshot of the cash leaving my bank and going into theirs. On the strength of these reviews, I think I will call the bank and try to retrieve the cash.

Glossier has great products - good formulas/quality and pretty packaging. The 1-star rating is for their horrendous business model. Planned false scarcity and apathetic customer service will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Plus, Quo, a brand from the Canadian drug store Shoppers, offers comparable product quality and packaging, without the outrageous price gouging.

I’m a big fan of Glossier! I love their lipstick and lip balm, of course also the blush. Their packaging are simple and cute!!! Also, their Glossier “You” perfume is fabulous

If there was a zero review score, they would get it. Tried to use a personal discount code 3 times without success. Three times emailed them and told them of frustration. They invited me to unsubscribe based on my frustration. Basically they are a new company with a teenage fan base and they have no idea how to interact with grown ups. When their teenage fanbase moves on to pastures new, this lot will die a death because their products are mediocre in comparison to established skin care companies and teenagers are fickle, easily influenced bored quickly.

Absolute zero response from the company regarding an issue with my order. Original email sent on Monday, it's Friday still no response. I'm starting to think this is a scam. Avoid
