I received part of my order along with some free gifts! I thought the other half of the order would come later and never did so I contacted the team and right away they helped me and sent replacements! I love the current products I got from them and I am looking forward to the rest.

This brand is just amazing! They’re customer service is absolutely fantastic and I hope people don’t take advantage of this. Im addicted to glossier i have pink pouches everywhere all full of stuff. They have become my fave brand and I look forward to glossiers future x

Their "Solution" made me break out terribly so I emailed them asking for a full refund and it was issued to me within 5 minutes. Incredible customer service!

My experience with Glossier products has been mixed, as with any brand. I didn't like the Milky Jelly Cleanser (but then again, I have THE most sensitive skin that reacts if I so much as look at the wrong product) and Futuredew had a similar effect on my skin, besides looking amazing.

BUT, their makeup is BEAUTIFUL. I was recently diagnosed with rosacea, which means my cheeks are generally red, and I have some redness on my nose too. I hate heavy makeup, and was gutted to find my favourite Clinique foundation I've been using for ages has salicylic acid in it - as does my concealer - a big no-no for my skin condition.

I spoke to Glossier customer service and they were so helpful in matching me to a shade. I was a bit doubtful to be honest as I'm quite pale and they matched my current Clinique shade to G7. I ordered the Stretch Concealer and Skin Tint, and they reassured me I could swap it if the colour wasn't right. This is SO lovely, and so rare for a brand to do. It really takes the stress, and product waste, out of buying makeup online.

My order arrived and G7 is almost a perfect match for my Clinique foundation. I do feel I could perhaps go one shade lighter in the skin tint, but the concealer is a perfect match. I haven't fully used the Skin Tint yet as I just patch tested it on my face and will usually do this for a week before blending it all over. I may end up ordering G8 too for comparison.

I'd go so far as to say I think the Stretch Concealer may be the best thing I've ever put on my face...

I like to look glowy and dewy, which is almost impossible from many foundations I've tried. Most that give this effect have salicylic acid in, and I just can't use that on my skin. I was skeptical the Stretch Concealer would do anything for me. We've all seen the Glossier models with their perfect skin, and I assumed that, as somebody with pretty terrible skin (lately, at least) that these products wouldn't do much at all.

I was wrong. The Stretch concealer, when patted into blemishes, covers flawlessly! It's smooth, silky, and really does stretch. There's no cakiness and a lovely dewy finish that blends perfectly into the surrounding skin, so you'd only know I was wearing makeup if you got really close. It's so easy to blend that you can wear it alone to cover any areas you're unhappy with - which is what I've been doing.

It gives a gorgeous no makeup makeup look and, most importantly, it feels lovely on your skin. Soothing and moisturising and AMAZING. When I wear it I actually feel like myself again, back when my skin was calm and blemish free.

I may update this review in a month or so, as my skin can often be irritable with new products after time, but for now it's love at first sight and hopefully for the long-term.

To anybody wondering whether Glossier is for those with perfect skin, I say, ignore that. I have FAR from perfect skin (40, rosacea, dry patches) and this concealer is so amazing. It's the first one I've ever used that doesn't sink into dry patches, blends seamlessly, and imparts a beautiful glow. Glossier is for anybody who wants to look good without caking on makeup - a natural but done look, and that's exactly what their products achieve. Kudos to Glossier too for allowing customers an exchange when buying makeup online, if the colour isn't a great match. This is really brilliant.

Do not ever stop making this stuff, Glossier!

I’ve had great experiences with all online orders and was lucky enough to be in central London when the pop up was in town! It was so cool and Glossier team serving the customers were great and so friendly (however, bad vibes coming from the big bosses who I did see mooching around. Too busy on their phones and gossiping to overview the customer experience).

Love this company! Really good quality products that actually do what they say they will do. I especially like the cloud paint. Hands down the best blush I have ever tried.

I have made quite a few orders from Glossier in the past year and their customer service is fantastic. Despite the impact of the pandemic, my orders have always arrived on time, within the expected timeframe, and have been complete and undamaged. I left a review on their website of a product which I gave three stars, and within a day or so, I had received an email notifying me of a refund and store credit. I was very impressed, especially as it wasn't a particularly critical review!
I have now tried most of their products and would say that although I think some of their pricing is a little high, the quality of the products is generally very good and I like that they are Leaping Bunny cruelty free certified. Their website is also very transparent about ingredients and whether products are vegan or not.
I had very good skin pre-Covid and have suffered quite badly with breakouts and acne as a result of wearing masks, but I believe that using Glossier's skincare products has helped me to improve the overall condition of my skin.

They packed the wrong item in my order. Customer support via Twitter was quick to respond and arranged to send me the proper item while I was told I could keep the wrong item sent to me. The proper item never arrived (DHL is to blame), so they sent it again and I finally received it. Hassle-free and with a pleasant attitude. So thank you Glossier!!

Jeg bestilte en pakke fra Glossier, som fragtfirmaet "mistede". Da fragtfirmaet ikke svarede på mine mails skrev jeg til Glossiers kundeservice for at høre, hvad jeg skulle gøre. De sendte en ny pakke og beklagede mange gange, at jeg havde haft problemer. Pakken ankom få dage efter. Produkterne er skønne, og jeg har aldrig oplevet så hjælpsom og imødekommende kundeservice før.

Glossier… you’re the ONE!!

I’ve always been a fan of Glossier and have dabbled in their skincare and makeup over the past couple of years. Their products are high quality, free of nasties, and flattering on a range of skin types/ages/tones.

Their new products have really taken them to a new plateau, encouraging me to try out different types of make-up that I’d previously had reservations about suiting me.

I’ve always worn matt lipsticks (Generation G is a firm fave), but I recently bought a few shades of Ultralip, fully expecting to only like one or two and to need to re-gift / eBay the rest. I loved them all - and even ended up buying another in a different shade! It’s a beautiful, buildable formula which feels great on your lips. Moisturising, but not sticky.

Similarly, I rarely (if ever) wear eyeshadow, but fell in love with Skywash in Pool. My husband really liked Lawn when we looked at the pictures too. I felt very dubious as it looked so bright, but I decided to YOLO it and give it a try! I honestly was not confident at all even about Pool - I couldn’t see how a I could get a liquid to pat dry into that silky powdery cornflower blue you see in the pictures - but ohmygosh, how pleasantly surprised I was!! You really do just pat it in!! It’s a beautiful, delicate, summery shade. I was equally if not even more taken aback by how great Lawn looked - I hadn’t expected to like it at all, but I fell in love with it and actually think I like that shade even more!! You know when you keep admiring how cute you look in the mirror? I’ll admit that was me after testing!

After my latest order, there was one or two items I didn’t feel too sure about - no problem with the quality at all, just not quite “me”. I contacted Customer Services with some trepidation, as I’ve had a few really bad experiences with customer service for other brands / stores lately… consistently, depressingly bad.

I had absolutely no need for concern at all. In LESS THAN 10 MINUTES - in the evening! (UK time) I had a super sweet, efficient and helpful response from Jeannie. She was a total breath of fresh air. My query had been resolved, but I went back to her just to say thank you and how pleased I was. She sent me another super sweet and personalised reply!

I was actually really touched by it. As a customer, I want you to know how much it really makes a difference. Whereas my poor experiences with other brands left me feeling frustrated and blue, this put a smile on my face. And I told other people about it. Now I’m telling even more!

Glossier have a fan and loyal customer for life in me! ♥

I love Glossier's products so much! They are really easy to use and look beautiful on the skin. Everything is super wearable and natural which is definitely the look that I personally prefer when I wear makeup. However if you are someone who likes a lot of coverage, a few of their products might not be for you. They are definitely worth checking out and their customer service team is great. My personal favs as a fair-skinned teenager are the Lash Slick Mascara, Stretch Concealer, and the Balm Dotcoms (seriously the best lip salve ever - it is pricey but soooo worth it)

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Not only are the products excellent for my sensitive skin - natural ingredients with no perfume - they are cruelty free, reasonably priced and work! What will really keep me a long term customer is their customer service. I chose next day delivery and, because it was one day late, they refunded the total cost of postage and emailed me personally to let me know. Normally with companies like this, like The Body Shop for example, you have to wait around ten days for the products to arrive and, if anything is wrong with the order, you have to chase it up yourself. I am immensely impressed.

I made my first order a few days ago with all the deals on offer.

My order arrived day nice & quick and in a cute little package. Unfortunately upon opening the goodies there was a cleanser that had been damaged in delivery and spilled.

The rest of the products were lovely. I’m really excited to wear a lighter look of just the skin tint.

Anyway, I contacted the team and sent a photo of the cleanser and they were so friendly and helpful and sorted it out so quickly.

Ordered Ultralip in Portrait, which is supposed to be a soft pink. It is bright orange! Looks nothing like the colour advertised. So very disappointed as it is my first purchase.
