I personally think it’s a little much for such a small rub of perfume and doesn’t last long at all .. It does smell really pretty but I can’t constantly keep putting it on.

Placed multiple orders and when I have had to contact customer service they have always gone above and beyond!!!

I am very frustrated with my current order from Glossier. It has been 2 years that I am ordering with no problems until yesterday I received my order missing one item. I looked for a phone number to call them and couldn’t find any!!!!! How come a good company doesn’t have a phone number? The only way to contact is through email and I am wondering about the reviews regarding the good customer service. I wrote to them and so far no answers. Christmas is in less than a week and my gift to my daughter won’t be ready. I am very disappointed with this company and based on how they will handle this I might not order anymore.

I ordered products and received an email acknowledging the order. Then nothing. I had to write to ask where was my products. Only then did I get a tracking number. Checking that the parcel had tried to be delivered from local sorting office to me; however the Street name was used as my name and the computer obviously failed to recognise me or the address. Only because we knew the Sorting Officer did we managed to get the parcel 5 days later! Rubbish company no where to phone, no contact definitely not a service provider. I do not recommend this company at all.

J'ai commandé deux parfums YOU chez Glossier, et par erreur, un serum Super Bounce m'a été envoyé. Après les avoir contacté pour leur signaler l'erreur, leur réponse a été extrêmement rapide; Ils m'ont tout de suite dit de ne pas me déranger à leur renvoyer le sérum, de le garder en dédommagement (valeur de 28 environ), et que mes deux parfums me seraient renvoyés au plus vite. A peine 3 jours plus tard, les parfums sont arrivés!

J'ai fait quelques commandes sur Glossier. Je suis ultra contente des produits & du service client qui est juste génialissime. De la rapidité, de l'écoute et du professionnalisme! Je recommande vraiment. Ce sont des produits de qualité, en plus d'un packaging ultra mignon! Je n'ai jamais eu une expérience aussi géniale avec une boutique. L’expédition des colis & la livraison sont vraiment très rapides aussi, en 3-4 jours je reçois ma commande. C'est juste PARFAIT 💓

I have been trying to order products from glossier for my 4 nieces for hours and I can't check out! It's so frustrating. I don't know what's going on. They have all asked for glossier products for Christmas and I just can't check out!
I have tried again today to order items for Christmas presents and I'm delighted to say that this time I successfully placed my order so I have changed my review. I only wish it had been so easy yesterday. If my nieces hadn't specifically asked for glossier products I would have given up and bought them something else.

Received order but sadly one product was missing and so emailed customer service and they replied within 5 mins and sent a replacement which arrived the next day! Fab customer service especially during Christmas period!

Basically, no matter what browser I use I can't checkout. How do they expect to sell stuff if people can't pay for it?

Super customer service, at it should be. They responded quickly to a return request and offered a full refund without any fuss. This was processed immediately. They then said to keep the item free of charge (I was able to pass it on to someone who might like it). Glossier is not a cheap brand but they clearly invest in being good at what they do. I was really pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and it deserves a positive review.

Glossier is one of those companies whose customers service is so fantastic you cling to them like a little limpet and never want to shop anywhere else. Their products are really good, high quality. If you send them an email they respond almost instantly and are really friendly and helpful. I love Glossier.

I love my order, which was the skin-perfecting tint. It's my everyday go-to and I find it also does a great job at moisturizing my skin. Customer service was generous in answering all my questions about other products that I am considering ordering. Will place an order again!

I purchased the perfume after smelling it on my cousin. The perfume is very sexy, sensual yet fresh!! To me it is the best smelling perfume ever. I could literally bathe in it. However, the scent doesn’t last long at all. I have often heard different ideas about perfume that doesn’t last. I haven’t had many perfumes that wouldn’t last at least a couple of hours though. I thought maybe it was me so I reached out to my cousin. She also states that it doesn’t last very long. She just puts more on every little while. This perfume smells so good I don’t mind doing that. But at $60.00 I can’t afford to do it everyday. It will just have to be those times that are extra special. If this perfume and Glossier only has the one. If it wouldn’t dissipate so quickly..IT WOULD ABSOLUTELY, MOST DEFINITELY..be the BEST BEST perfume ever! Also, to make note. The tracking was not the best. I reached out to their customer service. Glossier customer service responded quickly to me. I was very appreciative of that.
