24-month cover on Light Heads and Self-Contained Lights
Your Gloworm G2.1 Light Heads, G2.1 Batteries, and CX Self-Contained Lights are covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. All accessories are covered for 12 months. G2.0 and G1.0 Light Heads also carry 24 months cover, while G1.0 and G2.0 batteries have 12 months from the date of purchase.
If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it at no charge for parts or service. Warranty claims are made through the Gloworm retailer where you purchased your product.

If you are looking for absolutely the best bike lite money can buy at any price this is it period
This is my second one first one went on a giant propel
This one installed on a new trek super caliber battery went in a customized water bottle install looks factory
O and the company is better than good
The build quality is of the best software works awesome you can adjust the output according to the time of your ride it just doesn’t get any better than this I had a custom under frame soft tube bag made in France by BUMPAK034 for my road bike finding a place for the battery is no big deal on any bike

awesome lights
purchased the gen 2 X2 lights to replace the gen 1 X2 I have had for a few years. nothing wrong with the original, still going strong but the newer ones are better and easier to operate. mainly used for commuting and occasional night mountain biking. well made, easy to use, great output ... very happy with them

Gloworm got it right
Great light with long battery life. Small details are evident in their design. Love the new battery and display. Much improved over last gen. Glow seems to be committed to improving quality and function and not just cutting costs to get more profit. Stay with your current model guys, improve function and design without compromising. People will pay for quality!

Problem remote
The light is compact and the light pattern and brightness is brilliant with the interchangeable lenses is a winner The big down side is the remote which you can't initiate the commuter mode from off mode with the double click.

Good product and service
Great customer service answering my questions even before I’d bought. Have only used the lights once so far but feel really solid. Customising the light intensity is simple and will help get extra out of it for longer rides.

I use these lights on the fatbike
I use these lights on the fatbike, the mountain bike, and the gravel bike. They are quite strong and very reliable! I also appreciate all the extra parts that are provided by Gloworm Lights.

Garbage products, not even 2 seasons for $500
Garbage products. My XSV crapped out after less than 2 years with minimal use. The battery pack decided not to recognize the charger or light anymore. The cells are fine, one night they worked for a 2 hour ride, the next night the battery would not charge. It intermittently connects with the light but then stops working. I contacted Gloworm and they asked me to ship the battery to their North American dealer (not in my country) for possible repair at my expense. The dealer tried to help by shipping me a battery pack for the 2.0 lights, but as mine are 1.0 the battery is not compatible with the USB-C connection. In any case, I am left with a brand new battery pack I cannot use and a near-new light head that cannot be powered. I had NiteRider lights that lasted 10 years before I replaced with Gloworm. So far, I greatly regret my decision.

great lights, great battery life, fast delivery. this is my second set of gloworm lights, the quality has only gone up. i hope these guys stay in business forever cause i don't want to buy any other lights!

The lights are bright!
The lights are bright! I had trouble with the remote pairing process and having to re-pair after plugging the light into the battery.
