Not worth if you might have to return
I ordered something which I selected to be delivered the next day but apparently it somehow choose to be selected for a standard delivery.
When I asked for a refund and returned the item I was not refunded for my delivery cost and had to pay my own return. No one does that nowadays, this is very stingy service.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery experience.
We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that the shipping method selected at checkout was standard delivery, as reflected on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. An estimated delivery date is also shown at this point and your order was delivered on time. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure the correct delivery option is chosen at the time of ordering.
As a small business, we do our best to provide a fair and transparent service, but we’re unable to cover return shipping costs where an error has been made by the customer during the order process. Our returns policy is clearly outlined on our website when ordering.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we’re always here if you'd like to discuss anything further.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're having issues with battery life.
Just to clarify, the product you ordered doesn’t come supplied with batteries, as stated on the product listing. The battery life can vary significantly depending on the brand and quality of the batteries used, so we recommend using fresh, high-quality batteries for the best performance.
If you have any further questions or need advice on suitable batteries, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help!
